Who should take BFC's Pens?

Wouldn't trust Gnando again and don't get the impression Spearing is long for the first team - has Madine taken pens or one of the younger lads? Larry's laissez faire attitude on penalty takers really annoys me! Do your job man, appoint a penalty taker and get them practising penalties!
