Should there be a separate channel or channels for womens sport. The presenters can stop,as long as they are knowledgeable. Have contacted Sky for their veiws, not something I expected when signing upto sky many years ago, premium channels but womens sport is gash and not worth fees these days.

Jesus wept

State of this.

There's way too much, when the standard gets better then show more, but I'd like to see a seperate channel especially on Sky Sports News.

Why didn’t you asked the question. should there be separate channel for mens sport?
If you don’t like what’s on the channel, then switch it off!

Whats it got to do with you. Maybe have a seperate channel for failures like your team.

I quite enjoy watching women's cricket every now and again. Sarah Taylor (who has now quit) was easily as good as many male wicket keepers, Adam Gilchrist called her the best in the world, male or female, at one point.
TBH I haven't really noticed very much women's sport coverage on Sky but I am not seeking to be offended by its presence. Women's sport has never stopped me from watching something that I wanted to. I think there were 30,000 + at the women's Manchester derby recently. It's not like Sky don't have the bandwidth to show lots of things. You are free not to watch the things you don't like.

Yeah she was incredible, really good batter too. Shame Anxiety and Depression got the better of her.

Must admit I dont watch women's sports of any description as in my view they are not very good. That said each to their own and there is plenty of choice. If you don't like it don't watch it.

On Sky's Sports Channels at the moment:
Sky Sports News
Premier League 100 Club
Football League Play Offs
How the 2014 T20 was won
World Golf Championship
Live F1 2020 testing
America's Game Patriots 2003
Boxing Sporting Records

Not much Women's sport there but still a pile of crap

Would just prefer they stop shoe-horning pundits in to tick equality quotas.
I agree all channels seem obsessed with getting female presenters in whatever they can offer.Women generally, obviously with exceptions such as Gabby Logan who is excellent, are far less interested in and knowledgeable about sport so it is nonsense to keep more informed male presenters off while kowtowing to this ridiculous concept of equal opportunity without equal knowledge or ability.

For my sins I sometimes watch Tipping Edge and whenever a woman is answering the questions and the topic of sport comes up almost without fail they comment that that is their least favourite subject.

It`s absolute nonsense just like all this political correctness rubbish that we get so much of these days.

Had Sky Sports News on at dinner and the subject of 'Women Training During Their Menstrual Cycle' was talked about, got to feel sorry for anyone with a weak stomach who was slurping on a spoonful of tomato soup at the time.

I don't mind some womens' sports, particularly Football & Cricket.
The funny thing is that I'm trying to remember what the difference is between men & women ? 😜

Yes, what is it with this minority group called women?! Any one would think they had a right to be on telly. Why don't they just wait for the Paralympics 'cos that's about their level - according to a recently dismissed Government advisor.

No issues with showing any sport if the quality and entertainment levels are good enough. Ultimately it will only succeed if viewing figures and sponsorship are high enough.

Giving the Women's Cricket T20 World Cup a go this morning. The quality of the bowling in women's cricket is pretty poor to say the least. Some of the batters are ok.

Yes,and men should not be allowed to watch them
*Goes back to the kitchen to wash up* 🧐
Might even not be a bad idea if you had a quick once round with the old vacuum cleaner, when you done in the kitchen, the Hoover's been sat there abandoned under the stairs now for weeks thinking its a coat hanger & pop the kettle on, im dying of thirst here...

Not for me to comment on such a matter - especially as I've just been appointed the Diversity Champion for the new board - but I hope you've got a tin hat on.

Has the advisor issued an apology yet ?

Last I heard the paralympians were still waiting for one.
