The atmosphere is amazing I know there’s loss of swearing and abuse smoke bombs but I love it and I want her to grow up with the proper Blackpool fans . I couldn’t go in the west or family stand . My wife says no but shel really won’t know .if she went in the family stand we’d both fall asleep and she would never want to go again

Me and my son went when he was 8 months old in the north when it rocked. He’s now 18 and sits in the north 9 seats from what was my season ticket seat.

Problem is you could be pretty near the drum which is no good for a four year old plus she will have to stand all game which is also too much.
Buy a seat in the North wait till kick off and sit where you want as you will also get the same atmosphere in Block b,c or d.

You may get lucky and have a bomb let off next to you.
She'd remember that sodding bang from last Tuesday 😬🙉

Near the drum???? I took mine to barney goes to New York Jesus them speakers where loud . Get a grip the kid will love it. My lsds fine and dandy with all the swearing and fighting he watched.

My dad took me in old west stand growing up 1984 , As I got older 14, I chose old south stand behind goal. And was and still am a proper fan.

Unfortunately parents are snowflakes now. What is wrong with noise !!! Aggressive behaviour!!! It’s part of the game that will not disappear. I bet half of you stop you children throwing snowballs. I know it sound like I’m old school but get a grip. Don’t ever take your kids to a Scottish football match for god sake

How on earth is she going to see the game as I first posted even if a four year old stood on the seat they would be lucky to see anything as everyone stands.

This seem to be all about YOU. You’re not thinking about how your little one might be affected.

As others have said take further along the North, she doesn’t need to be in the mix at such an age and it could have a negative effect and put off for life.

as a kid with my dad never remember being mad I was only 7 but personally never remember much trouble 🤛

Stig - if an air bomb like the one that went off against Bolton exploded under your 4 year old daughters seat, do you think that would be a great experience for her?

Taking your son or daughter to any football match is a great thing, but why take them in an area subject to air bombs going off and smoking below c to d block 👍

Block c/d for me. As said by others. Decent compromise. You get the atmosphere, she gets to actually see.

Everyone wins.

I got a season ticket for my 5 year old and myself in Block C.
The issue there is the standing up for long periods. I enjoy standing, but it was no fun for my youngun or myself having to lift him for so long.
Also had the same issues when wanting to stand and sing at away games, he loves the atmosphere but he can't handle the long periods.
We have moved to NW corner and the atmosphere isn't bad. But we are moving to Block D next season as think we will get the best of both worlds.

[/QUOTE That was a one off !!! In all my time supporting the pool I’ve never seen that happen. Get a grip. How very sad it was I’m sure the young lads and girls that suffered Hillsborough will still be supporting Liverpool. Jesus

A four year old ...think you need to take her where you can get to a toilet break asap...you’ll miss a lot more of the game if you don’t.
On a more serious note why on earth would you even consider taking your youngster into an area where she would most likely see nothing and no doubt be potentially frightened..she’s 4 not 14 as you well know.

Anyway I’m off to bed . We have a big game tomorrow watching the game in wacky warehouse with my 18 year old son .

Are you 4 or her? Dunno would you take your young and impressionable daughter to the Darts at the Winter Gardens, maybe a Boxing Match at the Manchester Arena, F1 in Saudi Arabia how about Hare Coursing or a Fox Hunt or maybe Badger Baiting or Cock Fighting - maybe you could take her to the Family Stand where another young girl her age is sat and they might make friends - tell me again, is this treat for you or for her?

It’s tough my girl is 9 block d right at the top she loves it away games she loves being at the top with the singers etc but The parent in me is thinking if her mum saw what goes on and the language near us she wouldn’t let me take her 😂😂But my girl loves it wherever she is aslong as she’s watching the mighty !!! But at 4 my girl was more interested in painting etc than watching the game

No. Kids have sensitive hearing. All the activity could look scary. You won’t easily be able to interact. It may be better to go in block c where you will be able to see and hear the vibe.

Definitely not. She is 4. I don't understand what pros there could possibly be. She's 4 for fcuks sake at her first ever match
