ATM that would be suicide Voy as he is our only outlet and almost every time he goes off we are worse generally, the same when he doesn't start.I wouldn't be too surprised if we took the money if an offer north of 1.5m came in. To help finance other stuff, like Brannagan, perhaps. Coukd play out up to deadline day.
He's got to be worth more than that surely?I wouldn't be too surprised if we took the money if an offer north of 1.5m came in. To help finance other stuff, like Brannagan, perhaps. Coukd play out up to deadline day.
I agree. But if we are getting interest/offers maybe we will look for alternatives during January. And rejig the front 4 players, cos Keshi is a bigger loss in my opinion and the front 4 hasn't worked very well all season. Needs some surgery.ATM that would be suicide Voy as he is our only outlet and almost every time he goes off we are worse generally, the same when he doesn't start.
In theory yes but he only signed a 1+1 and may want to go if he's offered a big wage rise. He's got to be worth more than that surely?
Exactly. We don't really want to lose Bowler but we need to end the transfer window with a stronger midfield and attack than we have at present, by hook or by crook.Let a bidding war commence and see where we stand towards the end of it......
But the downside is when other teams know you have money in the bank from a sale they then try to screw you.I agree. So we sort replacements first, and Bowler only goes later, if we get worthwhile money. But the downside is when other teams know you have money in the bank from a sale they then try to screw you.
He's not our most skilful player!!And very recently, several on AVFTT gave Josh dogs abuse . He's by far our most skillful player and most valuable asset and I really hope he stays and prospers.
And Blackburn. That’s now Stoke, Fulham, Forest all linked.
Good job he was written off by some on here a few months ago though.
They probably just watch his highlightsOf course he's our most skilful player.
The amount of criticism Bowler gets on here is ridiculous. That's four managers of higher placed clubs than us now reputedly interested in him yet some on here think they know better than them.
Ah right, so that makes you more qualified then. They probably just watch his highlights
Actually I'm sure I will have seen more of Bowler than them.
Did I say that?Ah right, so that makes you more qualified then.
Did I say that?
If you were scouting for Fulham would you recommend him?
All I said was I'd seen him more than the Managers that are after him. You read something into it.I've seen pretty much every Blackpool player more than a scout of any other club. So your point is what exactly?
Totally agree there's some balloon's on this siteAnd very recently, several on AVFTT gave Josh dogs abuse . He's by far our most skillful player and most valuable asset and I really hope he stays and prospers.
To be fair Fulham have seen him first hand and he ripped them a new oneDid I say that?

He didn’t get dogs abuse - his very obvious areas for improvement were commented on. As Critch later said, Josh had made some adjustments and has since delivered better all-round performance. And very recently, several on AVFTT gave Josh dogs abuse . One goal and 3 assists suggest we will not drop by a stone. The loss of Keshi is massively more significant. If Bowler leaves we will drop like a stone , I was looking at the fixtures earlier and we have some massively tough games, 2nd part of the season is gonna be harder and for me the Boro defeat at home was devastating and you don't just shake them results off.
He's got more than three assists. But I think the thing is not just losing him but can his replacement (Hamilton? Mitchell? Dale?) do any better? I'd suggest not.One goal and 3 assists suggest we will not drop by a stone. The loss of Keshi is massively more significant.
