Has any existing season ticket holder who couldn’t renew their ticket last season due to restricted ticket sales - been told this season that their seat is no longer available?

What a nightmare. Tried since 1pm to purchase 3 tickets together. Managed to get three but when I came to assign them it wouldnt let me assign the under 16 seat. Nobody answering phones. So frustrating 😡😡😡
