Had problems buying Wembley tickets and can't get through on the phone?

Having spoken to a number of fans who’ve had issues buying Play-Off Final tickets and also the club, my advice is: record what you believe you purchased and record the issue you’ve encountered and put those details in an email to the ticket office who will get back to you to resolve just asap.
 
Ta Steve. I've forwarded my confirmation as no tickets came through. Seems I'm not the only one.
 
My advice to the club is to never use that system ever again. Thank god there was only 4000 trying to buy tickets.
I assume u will pass that back to them.
 
Ticketmaster site is pretty useless, a few hundred people trying to order a handful of tickets and it is as glitchy as hell. For whatever reason it is blocking me from ordering a single ticket, let alone the 5 STHs in my network. I've emailed the club and trying the phone line is hopeless. I'm sure it'll get sorted but it does make me wonder why the club couldn't just allocate seats by network, then give STHs a period of time to take those seats.
 
Absolute shambles ,wouldn’t let my mate get my ticket via link and I couldn’t order a ticket via my mobile phone and now we arnt sat together like we should of been with the friends link .very pissed off with this set up,why not sell via club shop as only 4000 available
 
Complete shambles..... Just been informed by daughter about the chaos trying to book via mobile. As am at work and not home till after 7 am thinking of sacking it off and watching in the Armfield. Mates already got tickets and coach sorted. Seems a bit wank sat on a coach aka Billy no mates there and back to sit on my own in the ground, providing I can still get hold of a ticket when I get in from work. UTMP.

An update on this, even though I couldn't complete payment as my session died it now seems Ticketmaster has taken £180 from my bank. No email confirmation, spam checked.

Been waiting on the phone listening to the same music for over 40 minutes but have given up and put it down but have been typing and now sent the ticket office an e mail regarding this.
Came on here to seek advice and saw this post literally 2 minutes ago.
Everything Paid though strange thing in the e mail the club ( ticket office) sent me confirming the purchase with the
heading referring to the Oxford game , though the rest clearly is for Wembley as Area,Block,Row and Seat Number for Wembley all there.

When completing payment there was no reference to the charge for printing it just took me through the normal card, etc detail.

Getting anxious about all this as I don’t want to drive over 120 mile round trip to sort this out.
 
I ordered match tickets and coach travel. I got confirmation for both followed by a PDF for coach tickets! Nothing at all for the match itself.

What a nightmare. Tried since 1pm to purchase 3 tickets together. Managed to get three but when I came to assign them it wouldnt let me assign the under 16 seat. Nobody answering phones. So frustrating 😡😡😡

Same problem for me. Can't assign my lads ticket. Tried getting into his account but when trying to reset the password (cos it's linked to my email) just get an email saying 'click this link' to reset but no link!

It's farcical!

I'm busy as hell with work ATM and this is mad stress to try and buy two tickets...

I bloody well hope so.
...I don’t need this level of stress at my age....getting to choose a seat was hard enough, kept kicking me back and ended up no where near where I wanted to be but was so grateful I finally got to pay for one only to find I still haven’t got one to print out( and I hope the bloody thing can be read as the ones I had for the Swindon and Oxford games didn’t work well)
 
If you get a confirmation email but no ticket email to print out
Go on confirmation email at the top of the email it says
view my order in my account history
Then click on it you may have to log on again once you do this (at top of page)
In there will be your tickets history, and coach history if you have booked a coach
Go on the correct ticket history and scroll down it’s then says resend email, click on that and it will sent both your confirmation and ticket email to print out
This will go to your spam/junk mail box

The club were having issues with their internet router when I was in there for tickets.
 
If you get a confirmation email but no ticket email to print out
Go on confirmation email at the top of the email it says
view my order in my account history
Then click on it you may have to log on again once you do this (at top of page)
In there will be your tickets history, and coach history if you have booked a coach
Go on the correct ticket history and scroll down it’s then says resend email, click on that and it will sent both your confirmation and ticket email to print out
This will go to your spam/junk mail box

I have just tried this again and it sent confirmation email to junk folder then tickets came 5 minutes later just keep refreshing your junk folder

Not for now, but the club really need to bin this system. It’s dreadful. No end of problems re Friday and all Day today. I am pretty tech savvy too. It needs looking at going forward…

You have to add one coach ticket at a time. Not add two at once. Stupid system.

I know what the issue is. I need to get into his account (which is linked to my email) to accept the request for me to manage his tickets.

I had linked the account - I thought 'assign tickets' would be fine, but it seems not.

The problem is, I can't remember 'his' password and when I try to reset it, I get a password reset email that tells me to follow a link but contains no link!!!

AAAAAAAAAARGH!

Because then you’d end up with a seat you don’t want in a price bracket you didn’t want. Some people will be happy with any seat, others would want the option. Again, can’t please everybody with this method.
 
Me and my brother have both managed to get a ticket but couldn’t select two together so are rows apart.

I know it’s Ticketmaster’s fault but the system is an utter disgrace and the process of how we could book two seats together was not explained well enough before they went on sale. We couldn’t work it out so tried do it separately and it was pretty much impossible, was hard enough just trying to select one seat on our own on our mobiles.

My brother has emailed the ticket office and asked to help get us seats together but not heard back yet. Ticket office staff have always been a big help in the past and I’m sure they’re rushed off their feet so hopefully hear something soon!

Definitely 👍🏻 Ideally we’ll get it sorted out beforehand but no way we’re spending all that money getting there, season tickets etc and then not being able to watch it together

I can't think of anything else now. Still can't buy two tickets. It's as if he's not set up as a season ticket holder, even though he a) is one and b) got tickets for Oxford and Swindon with no problem.
 
Finally got my Tickets via email from the ticket office at 16.30 and printed it off OK
then at 1735 got another email from the club saying I will be getting my tickets tomorrow ?????

Have you tried to pay or have another browser session open? It seems some tickets are stuck in limbo and therefore not allowing STHs to book more tickets until they have been released. Try clearing your browser cache, closing all sessions and giving it another go.

It won't let me transfer a ticket to him. Just says 'the client you have selected has insufficient privileges for this event'

I can't get to the payment window unless I remove his ticket.

When I enter his details into the login and go onto the ticket portal as him, he doesn't have the 'current season ticket holder' status that I do even though he is and obviously is in the system as he received tickets for other ST holder only games.

I've sent all this to the club with screenshots and so on, so hopefully they'll sort it soon.

Not going if I can't take him.

Same, I,ve got the Oxford e mail and no print out. I am going to do the 140ml round trip tomorrow morning , it’s driving me mad , 3 season tickets, at present 1 duff email

Does your son have a "client reference" for his season ticket?
If so is this the original one?
Last season I went through all this and ended up generating new client references which weren't then linked to his actual season ticket? When I went back to get manage and assign responsibility I had get this through e-mail authorities. This didn't involve juniors.

You should get 2 emails. The first one is the confirmation of your payment and the seat details. That is the one that is incorrectly headed Blackpool v Oxford semi. The second one has a a title ' Your ticket purchase order number xxxx'. It has your ticket details and how to print off the ticketfast pdf . I had a single pdf attached with both our tickets on it. You may need to scroll to the bottom of the email to find it on a phone.
