Had problems buying Wembley tickets and can't get through on the phone?

Does your son have a "client reference" for his season ticket?
If so is this the original one?
Last season I went through all this and ended up generating new client references which weren't then linked to his actual season ticket? When I went back to get manage and assign responsibility I had get this through e-mail authorities. This didn't involve juniors.
Sorry this is a bit rambling,.
UTMP
Yeah, originally the client ref for the ST was same as me. The Swindon ticket is his own ref though and I've set up the account based on that and linked to mine, plus set the permissions. That's where the Oxford ticket went to... It clearly says in his account that I can manage tickets for him.

Baffled...

Agree with the other posters. Its a diabolical nightmare.
Im pretty good with computers. Tried booking them on ticketmaster on my phone , then a tablet and finally on my mac. It took me 1 1/2 hours to book three tickets. You highlight the seat you want it only let me select one at a time, and most of the time nothing happens. You have to keep trying and trying before it finally highlights a seat. Why is Bfc using ticketmaster? .

Cheers boss - I've tried about 800 things!

It won't let me transfer a ticket to him. Just says 'the client you have selected has insufficient privileges for this event'

I can't get to the payment window unless I remove his ticket.

When I enter his details into the login and go onto the ticket portal as him, he doesn't have the 'current season ticket holder' status that I do even though he is and obviously is in the system as he received tickets for other ST holder only games.

I've sent all this to the club with screenshots and so on, so hopefully they'll sort it soon.

Not going if I can't take him.
Seems we are both in similar situations, hopefully the club will be in touch over the next couple of days to get these sorts of issues sorted. Panic not, the ticket office staff are excellent.

Aye. They are. I've been very polite!

I gave up and rang the club… answered within5 mins and have 5 tkts booked (although no email yet). Excellent service.👍

I've now got into my lads account and treble checked all the settings. I've 100% got the ability to manage tickets on his account, he's linked to me and vice versa. I can't think of anything else now. Still can't buy two tickets. It's as if he's not set up as a season ticket holder, even though he a) is one and b) got tickets for Oxford and Swindon with no problem.
Ive now got mine sorted. I had the wrong client ref number assigned to my account for our junior ticket (I had put a ticketing account ref rather than the actual client ref number off the season ticket). So it thought a none season ticket holder was trying to purchase my final ticket. Double check your client ref numbers.

I have chief, but thanks.

Had email from club asking me to call them tomorrow...

Really poor site, even took 3 attempts to get the coach tickets & as was suggested kindly on here to just book 1 at a time, after all that the first ticket said something like Block 27 row 30 seat 8, then the second coach 8 seat 2 which sounded more convincing, so I added another then removed the dodgy sounding one, even then it failed twice. I can honestly say it's been the worst online ticketing experience I've ever had to endure, after this afternoons match ticketing fiasco.

Ticketmaster are a total bunch of shysters.

You’d have been better off giving Oyston the ticketing contract.🥴

We've had to use Ticketmaster here in Oz for years and it's the most shite system you could ever imagine; I don't know how they get away with it.😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

My ticket arrived in my spam 3 hours after I bought it. I bought 3 through my network. hopefully you get it sorted

You’re either up early, or have stopped up all night, in the hope I’d eff off back to my own board!😄😄

Stood there outside club shop for 3 hours finally managed to get 3 tickets in one block if anyone at Wembley thinks I’m not sitting next to my daughter they have another thing coming it says under 16s needs to be accompanied by an adult so I can’t leave her sat a few rows away

I'd also send them an email with your contact no and asking them to ring you. l'm sure you and they will get it sorted but it's a nightmare.

Me thinks you need to look at the World Clock and work out the different time zones. Now, if you need any help with it; when the big hand is on 12 and the little hand is.....

Having spoken to a number of fans who’ve had issues buying Play-Off Final tickets and also the club, my advice is: record what you believe you purchased and record the issue you’ve encountered and put those details in an email to the ticket office who will get back to you to resolve just asap.
Meanwhile, could we ignore all of the 1st world griping about '5 minutes on the phone', 'it went in spam' et al.
Let's celebrate the fact we have a club. (We nearly didn't) A club we all love and are hopefully proud of.

My last game was Huddersfield, a season ticket holder of over 30 years til then. I have close friends who did the Exter play off. I don't abulse them. Others told me to get a Season ticket for this season. I didn't because I had other battles to fight.

I dont do the 'Mushroom' argument, I dont expect a ticket for Wembley. I love my club as much as I did as a 7 year old.

We are a fanbase that other fans respect. Let's celebrate us, the club and the even keel that Sadler has set forward.

So, for those griping about the "crap of the ticket office" chill please. We have a club, our club back. I genuinely trust/hope that the club will do the right thing. 'Doing the right thing' was not the family motto of the scum. They are gone.

As Keith Southern scuffed his goal at the Crisp Bowl in Leicester we sang, "Blackpool are back!" I was desolute in 92(?) at Sincil Bank when Ian Gore missed the ball. We came back then, we are coming back now.

I love my club, even with a message going into spam./junk,

At the time of my posting. Whatever antipodean time zone you’re in, could hardly be called midday.🤔

I agree with all of that. I think the gripes were aimed at ticketmaster’s poor system. I’ll also add our ticket office staff have always been very helpful since our return. COYMP.

When the big hand is on 12 it is 'something o'clock'....it doesn't have to be midday.

I have to be somewhat kind as my brother is a Nobber....

He's getting nothing in my will though.

Just a thought. You don’t own a Mobile home, with a Blackpool sticker in the window?

In 2013 I was heading to Victor Harbour, from Adelaide. Stopped off at a place called Normanville, for a drink. There was the above mentioned vehicle. It put be right off my breakfast!

If it wasn’t you. There must be 2 Blackpool fans in Oz!

Has everyone had coach tickets emailed to them? I've got my match tickets, they arrived safely in spam, but I have not received my coach tickets in email yet.

Very good - no it wasn't I, although we did have a motorhome and were traveling in 2013. We used to live in Adelaide actually but that was way back in 2005.
Interestingly, when we were in the Premier League people knew who The Mighty were. When I mentioned that my brother supported PNE absolutely NOBODY had heard of them. Oh, sorry Giro, I nearly forgot - you wouldn't know what the Premier League is would you?

You obviously didn’t ask my sister in law. She’s a mental health nurse at Flinders Hospital.
Her son has been out and about in his PNE top for a good while. It generated so much interest we had requests for items for his mates. Quality, not quantity. It’s good to see your brothers seen the light!😉

So what you're saying is that they were after relics of a bygone footballing age then Giro?

👍 Did they say what the problem was? Am in a corner too.
Their guess was that as my lad doesn't have a D.o.b on his account details, possibly the Ticketmaster system rejected him as there's a lower age limit of 24 months on the event.

I'm in the nearside on the diagram I think.

Well done TD, you probably got the award yesterday for being the most "bollaxed" about, Its an award I usually win but got through unscathed yesterday, three tickets , same row without any silliness from Ticketmaster
