Richard Kingson, please, and you are correct. His game stats were no worse than Matt's, and that was after Ollie had been sussed.

He made some saves Gilkes wouldn't have got close to near post.

Kingston didn't cost us relegation, the lack of professional yellow cards did.

Yep, we got relegated because we weren't fit enough, our facilities were embarrasing and the only dietician was a bloke on work experience, simple as that. Charlie was always blowing after an hour.

Totally agree - shame that the old AVFTT wasn't updated to this site so we could see how many posters are still around from the old days of League Two under McMahon. There are a few who have kept their usernames for 20+ years who are undoubtedly the voices of reason on here.

We were top of the fair play league and Europe beckoned until Holloway got himself sent off, maybe at Fulham, meaning they went into the InterToto or whatever it was at the time.

Wonder if Karlo paid him to avoid European expenses?

That's so true, I remember sky sports quoting one stat, if games lasted 80 minutes Blackpool would have qualified for the champions league.
Heartbreaking.
