I've got Now Broadband - never had a problem with it

    MCLF: Not interviewing Neil Critchley

I said the same on Tuesday night. Neither of them are any use in defence so stick them upfield. Opposition will then need at least 3 defenders. That'll leave more room for those who can defend to do their job......and that would include Grimmy bossing the 6 yard box more. Or am I just a naive...

Cheltenham Town v Blackpool Official Matchnight Thread 13.02.24

Yes the players came over I've never heard a Blackpool away support have a go at the players like tonight. And it was well deserved. No idea what is going on behind the scenes but the tactics were inept for the team we were playing against, but worse, none of them put a shift in tonight. There...

    Cheltenham Visit

Kemble is a good pub, if small, and only a 10 minute walk from the ground. I've lived here about 3 years and it is a very pleasant place to live. Safe travels to everyone coming down tomorrow

    Cheltenham away

DEYA right across the road from the train station. Good beer, but a fair plod to the ground. They do have e-scooters here though :) Sandford Park Alehouse just up the road from Bentleys we were talking about earlier and round the corner from Moon Under the Water 'spoons

    Cheltenham away

It's still going. Never been in......few pubs around that area (including a 'spoons) and only 10 minutes or so walk to the ground

    All stock investors out there......

What's your target for EEE if you don't mind me asking. I bought a few of these ages ago and honestly had forgot about them as they went nowhere for yonks.....so consequently haven't been following them. I've read the recent RNSs and all looks OK but would be interested in your thoughts of...

New What we all watching / recommendations thread?

Binge watched Season 3 of Slow Horsesin one evening. Brilliant - as were the first two seasons. Also watched Men Up (BBC I think) about the first Viagra trial in Swansea. Really good and really well acted

    Random Cambridge fact

I went there in 95. Remember nothing about the game but do remember I had the best bacon butty I've ever had at a football ground that day

    Dembele or Rhodes

I've thought this for a little while now, when people on here who are unlikely to have any financial understanding whatsoever of our club say it......what is our price range? I would think that very few people actually have access to that information.......

    All stock investors out there......

I've been in Avacta since the pre-covid days. It seriously disappointed on the lateral flow tests but if it cracks cancer (investor webcam coming up soon to explain how they are getting on) it'll be taken out by one of the big pharma boys for a lot more than the share price is now.

    Portsmouth travel

If you want to do the Dockyard then staying in or around Gunwharf Quays means your less than a 5 minute walk away Plenty of restaurants in Gunwharf and the Customs House is a decent pub. There are a few pubs opposite HMS Warrior which are a bit, erm, average.

    Re Portmouth game.

Lived in Portsmouth for 25 years, never went in the Good Companion. It's a large pub at the end of the Eastern Rd on the way into Portsmouth that does food. If you fancy a few pubs in close proximity I'd recommend Albert Rd, Southsea. Start at the King's Theatre end (Vaults, King's and a few...

    Fiji Wales

I thought is was a double movement tbh and the TMO was only asked to look at the grounding which will be why he didn't immediately pick it up. Carsley then noticed it during the replays which is what the technology is there for. A big worry is the lack of consistency in decisions - if Currys by...

Because his knee hit the floor. When that happens the tackle is deemed completed and you are only allowed to place the ball. He used the knee on the floor to propel himself forward, and then he placed it over the try line. Can't do that and that is why the try was disallowed. Agree about...
