Just seen insider say in a post in another thread that we are getting rid of the development squad next season. Thoughts on this? If true, where does this leave Sadler's stated aim that he wants a pathway into the first team for young players? Is it a cost cutting exercise?

They have, over several windows, failed to bring in Championship quality players on permanent contracts. The result is that we're forced to sign crocks and inferior players that no one else wants. These players aren't match fit, so get injured as soon as they have to play 2-3 games in a row...
