Any ex pat's on here know!

I saw it on one of our threads a couple of our fans saying we have been ommited for the coming season ,and they have had refunds back from I follow ,due to Blackpool not wanting this(may be wrong mind )🤞.
I read that too Peter so you are right to think this.

In the US championship games were shown on ESPN+ last season but I can't find anything about this season.

The teams that didnt have I follow last year still had games shown so I would assume that Blackpool will come up with something similar

If I go abroad during the season do the the immigrants originally from the UK have a website where useful info like this can be found?

A simple way around it would be the away games will mainly be on I follow as there will be cameras at those grounds. You'd just have the away commentary that's all.

Why would they not be on iFollow? Surely it’s extra revenue for the club.

How will SS watch the games from Hong Kong?

Quite a few clubs DO NOT use ifollow, last season they were:

AFC Bournemouth, Birmingham City, Bristol City, Cardiff City, Charlton Athletic, Derby County, Forest Green Rovers, Harrogate Town, Leyton Orient, Middlesbrough, Nottingham Forest, QPR, Salford City, Stoke City, Sunderland, Swansea City, Watford and Wigan Athletic.

Each of above (all I think) had their own digital streaming offering instead of ifollow,

Every club in the EFL provides a match stream to the opposition and that is then bought through the clubs provider.

If this wasn’t the case all games would not be covered by the ifollow expat season ticket.

Take Sunderland for example, we bought the stream as fans from ifollow but Sunderland have their own digital offering.

Blackpool will have to provide a stream for all home games to the opposition, therefore it is fair to assume that we are going the way of having our own digital offering.

If for some reason we do not, you can always buy it off the opposition on a game by game basis.

Granted that will cost more than the 140 quid expat season ticket for all games,

….but we will still be watching 👍

Thanks one 👍🏻

I live in Spain as well Tony (and I looked on ifollow ) but it just said wasn't available at the moment ,by the way where do you live I live in Vera playa?.

The way I read the “iFollow” message on BFC website is that the ST holders of last year (including me) will no longer receive Home games through BFC.
iFollow still exists. Create an account and all should be well.
There are other ‘streams’ if you search.

You can't currently take out an iFollow subscription through BFC.
I just checked the Nobbers site and Notlob and both those sites appear to give you the opportunity to subscribe.

Not saying go through club. It’s an individual thing that is up to anyone. Doubt I’ll be using it (much), would prefer to be at game.

With the greatest respect I think you are misunderstanding the concept.
Hopefully the question will be asked at the meeting tonight.
Like you I'm expecting to be at every home game and whether or not you can access away games is a problem to solve in a few weeks.

Perhaps I am.
I’m pretty confident that we’ll all be going to home games, especially if you have a ST. Visiting fans? (Out of our hands.) I think that will also happen though.
Ever the optimist, eh?

I was hoping to be able to watch the mid week away games on ifollow.
Maybe we are about to announce our own in-house service as provided by many others which would be more beneficial financially for the Club.
