Anyone else doing Dry Jan?

I’ve had Lucky Saint on draft in a pub - very good.

Point of order (or a query in fact): I thought all the classifications of 0%, 0.3% and 0.5% etc were essentially saying ‘alcohol free’ rather than specifying small alcohol contents. So basically a ‘may contain nuts’ type disclaimer for a product that they don’t believe contains any at all. Do we think that’s right?

I believe after reading today anything up to 0.5% is classed as alcohol free - as a ripe Banana can contain more alcohol!!!

So I get the nuts analogy, but I think it's a bit more than that.

My delivery arrived this morning of this and have had it on chill all day.

I have to say it's not bad at all, but I am not a cider drinker - so I probably am not the best to review

That said, will happily finish off, and probably pop another one

It was on offer at Tesco for £12.

Dont bother, you may as well just drink Tonic water with ice and lemon.
Has anyone seen Guinness zero on the shelves?
Had one on promotional offer and was really impressed. Not seen one since.
Shipyard low tide is OK at 0.5.

With postponement of Barnsley game now extended to this Weekend.

I managed to get a case of Guinness Zero here in Singapore and it is very good, although only one stockist I know of - but it's easily available - however I can't find anyone who stocks Shipyard low tide here

Notes: As a non Cider drinker, this tasted just like the Cider I remember - and you cannot say fairer than that.

4 Carlton Zero -Not sure if available in the UK

Notes: Considering the alcohol version is not great, I am amazed at this - another crisp beer that just tastes like it is full of alcohol.

I’ve now got back to walking/running 5k since I replaced by broken Fitbit with Apple Watch.
So that’s most of January.
And I can still have a drink when I feel like it.

Finished on the 28th after 4 weeks, the date I always finish, as it would have been my dads birthday - a true Seasider who I owe a lot to, and a day I will always raise a glass to him

Yes, i do it every year. Done last 5 years don't find it hard to do. Don't drink at home & just don't go out, too quiet in bars. I be on it this weekend tho
