Blackburn v Blackpool Official Matchnight Thread 21.02.23

Wtf, everyone forward there and we go back to Thompson who takes his time then nearly gets caught out. Ball out of play, pathetic.
Same again there, Carey first thought back to Thompson.

We get lucky, it breaks to us and how we don't score is unbelievable.

Poor from us tonight, but the officials took the piss. No wonder they get abused from top to bottom. They’re inept at any level.

The thing is. It was an attacking line up. They tried play football most of the game. It’s not tactical today. Just SO MANY poor individual performances.

Gabriel and Thompson - rubbish first half.
Carey - anonymous
Patino - off the pace and unable to pick a pass
Poveda - anonymous second half
CJ - cowardly performance
Lavery - ineffective

Think we’ll be relegated sooner than many on here think we will.

The season doesn’t lie we’ve been the poorest team in this league by some distance.

A mixture of league one players and shite managers.

We wouldn’t have scored tonight if we had played for another 24 hours and even then I’m not convinced we could have.

It’s been a shocking season and questions need to be asked of the board.

You cannot fault our effort, the lads left everything out there. The simple truth is we are just not good enough, that's not to say we are down but we are going to need to find a way of playing that creates more chances. Undone by one bit of quality tonight but at best that would have been a point.

Great to see Gabriel back. The players need to forget about tonight, rest up and go again. Saturday is massive.
