Why is Connolly the new whipping boy? He is a good player and likely to make fewer mistakes than Eki.

Connolly is a truly dreadful player. Crap in whatever position he plays.
He's not as good as Casey or Marv, Gabriel or Lyons, Morgan or Norburn an option on the bench for me I'm afraid, that covers a few different positions.

He's not, he's just not as good as some of those left out, Casey for example, or Marv for that matter. He is too much of a utility player, he is okay to fill in but is just okay in 3 or 4 positions rather than being really excellent in one.

They're different players. In today's side Casey would come in for Pennington not Connolly.

They are different players but Pennington, Casey and Husband were doing OK before Casey got suspended, just can't see why he's put Connolly in there and not reverted back to what was our original first choice back 3.
