Is that for the away game? I don't think Stewart or Fiorini are anywhere near being fit.

more wishful thinking really. (Fiorini quietly doing well) I don't want to see 532 against Norwich though, we should have enough in the squad now to play his favoured 433

I don’t usually have a clue what formation we’re supposed to be playing so I’m not really bothered. That said the last 2 games have been a shambles. Steady the ship & just play a back 4.
 
Tough game I can't see us winning. Thats said it's not too dissimilar to the Fulham home game last season - except of course we don't have anyone capable of scoring a goal like Bowler did that day.

Well I said before Rotherham I had a good feeling about it. So based on that, I'd better say we're headed for a hiding.

Like everyone above, I hope he picks a team that allows him to play as he wants to, not as forced to by either the previous result or availability. Neither are an issue for this game, so let's see what he does. And just maybe we can produce a Fulham performance - winning the game might be too big an ask, who knows, but a good performance is vital.
 
4 4 2 for me tomorrow. I will scream if he goes 5 at the back again after the last two away games. As above seems ages since we had a home game
 
Same here. Dire. Play on the front foot and let the opposition worry about you. Its why people can’t stand Southgate the never ending negativity and always worrying about the opposition. Give it a go, if it’s not good enough it’s not good enough

Absolutely. The final 20 mins of that England game was better than anything I've seen from England for a long time. I don't think anyone would have called them for the loss even if they hadn't scored, they it a great go, played with speed and talent, and fought for everything.

Tomorrow is in the same ballpark for me. Not expecting us to win, a draw will be tough, but let's give it a go and play with some speed and fire.
 
We may as well go 4-4-2 as with 5 at the back leaves us with an almost non-existent midfield to help take the pressure off the defence.
5 at the back: Pool 0-3 Norwich
4-4-2: Pool 2-2 Norwich
 
Big game for sonny Carey, born in Norwich, Norwich supporter. Released as a kid by them and fought his way through non league to championship standard..guessing he's praying he plays some part..biggest game of his life..would be a great story for him to come on and score the winner
 
Haven't got a Scooby what the result will be, or who starts. I do know we need some points. I keep hoping we go back to last season's struggling against weaker teams and doing ok against those higher up. UTMP

Lavery should be in the starting line up given his goal for NI to give more energy to the press early in the game. One thing we can't afford to do is start slowly and let them dictate the play. We've got to get in their faces and so Connolly may also start before Wright
 
Patino maybe the key to a decent result. Could be on a roll after finding his shooting boots for Pool and the England under 20s. An early goal hopefully..

Maybe a 1-0 or 2-1. 1-1 would be acceptable. Today is a chance for us to get back into gear against one of the movers and shakers at the top end.

Maybe the manager thinks we need someone more vocal in goal, who will organise the defence and push them up the pitch when needed - that's the only justification I can think of for dropping him.
 
Maybe it’s with Grimmy not been to great with his feet, if it’s that I accept it but for any other reason it is totally bizarre
 
It'll be an interesting decision IF, as stated above, Grimmy isn't selected - maybe he's injured. MA's under a bit of pressure from the supporters, so his team selection today is more important than ever.
Norwich have quality throughout and have excellent strikers, who our defence won't be able to contain (hopefully Jordan Thorniley - who I like as a LB won't be selected at CH, as he's a weakness there, due to his lack of height). Gaz will rough them up and Shane will score. Sadly 1-3 - as long as we play well, compete and don't get stuffed, that's OK. UTMP.
 
I still feel like we play better away this season, at least so far.

Need a lift today and the fans need to believe.
