One player I dont think gets enough credit is Husband. He was excellent today and had been one of our best players so far this season. Hopefully we are in talks with him for another contract, I'm sure he's in his last year. I'd hate to lose him next summer.

I'd have taken CJ off about the 60th min and brought Dembele on. CJ has played alot of football so far this season and even though he's inconsistent, I'd like to keep him as fresh as possible.

Imagine going on a podcast suggesting that Critchley should build a side around a kid who has only played a few minutes for us and has never even started a men's competitive league fixture anywhere!

He is. I saw nothing yesterday to suggest he's a top end League One winger. Or a Championship winger.
I stand by the fact that he's a very ** awful footballer who is a one trick pony and when teams (Wycombe, Port Vale, Lincoln, Leyton Orient) play close wing backs against him he's useless. He had a clear shot yesterday at goal and somehow managed to ** it at Jordan Rhodes when it was easier to score the goal.
One of the reasons we got relegated from the Championship is because of playing players of the class of CJ. He hasn't improved one single aspect of his game since he joined us.
He played well yesterday but it was still a 7 or pushing an 8 out 10. And the same against Wigan.
Yet that doesn't excuse the 3 out of 10 performance last week against Wycombe.

To be fair to CJ yesterday, he wasn't just a threat going forward, his pace got him back to make a couple of great defensive tackles. He is the only Blackpool player who can look like a world beater one minute and totally cluelessthe next. The big test for all of them is reeating it next week at Barnsley. We've beaten two sides at home who to be fair were absolutely awful.
