Agree I think he switched off a bit there he was ahead of Bissouma who is on his weaker foot.Made it easy for Bissouma to check back onto his right.You know he is going to do it he’s just tried it twice in ten minutes.Force him to make the pass out wide.Quality strike to be fair.

2nd half we need to be better on the ball, were not going to dominate but we can't give it away cheaply, like happened a fair bit 1st half.

Its that back to keeper and hoof which is pointless.

Passing across the back its aboit that next pass on the half turn to get forward. If you cant do that you end up passing across the back and then back to keeper who goes long and then you lose possession whilst going nowhere.

I'm surprised Critchley hasn't improved this much so far yet as we've seen it a lot this season.

That's the difference between L1 and PL mentality. Speed of thought.
 
We’ve limited a Premier League side, ok not their first team, but still to very few chances. Defending has been in the main really good. We need to work on defending crosses. We are truly terrible at that.

Thorneily looks surprisingly good, awareness and positioning have been faultless. Polar opposite of the last time I saw him against Accy in the pizza trophy.

Going forward still needs some more work. Thank god for Gary Goals.

Can’t wait for our usual 15 minute debacle at the start of the second half. 😂
 
Just put Football Focus on. Man at the game says Brighton were cruising with Premier League class through the first half, dominating the game. Really?

Get a grip Wizzer. We have 7 out, only 4 remaining from the West Brom game against a team 2 divisions up with a bench full of individuals. So in answer to your question. 1-1 at half time? Yes, delighted

Think that's my favourite goal of the season so far as they're at a premium. All three players did the exact right thing at the exact right moment rather than having to pause and look for a pass. No time to overthink it.

Nothing that could be done about the Brighton goal once the space was created for the shot.

or playing an under strength team peppered with kids.
