Perfect example of how frustratingly self-limiting these Critchley tactics are a few mins ago. Andy Lyons toiled hard to get past his man down the left but couldn't cross on his weaker foot to make the most of it. So it's a strained effort on the outside of right then a bounce back off him then a goal kick. Burton chuckling to themselves about it because they've not faced anyone like us for months as we're winning the game for them with how we're playing. They can sit in and save their energy for their next one.

The reason we are so inconsistent is we need things to go exactly how we want them to otherwise a lot of our players are too limited to adapt and end up playing crap.

Was just thinking the same, how many of our players would you bothered if they left? For me just Rhodes and Dembele are not easily replaced, far too many just aaverage players

Not many want any manager to fail and after last season it's been nice to see some decent home wins but this away form sits firmly at critchleys door. Same players, same set up but we are nothing short of dire away from home.

I'm finding it really hard to keep the faith with Critchley. Every home win I think yes we've turned a corner and then we follow up with this shite. We are not capable of putting a run together. Any one know what the difference is in playing budgets? I'm guessing ours its a touch more than Burtons.
