Can anyone get on tangerine tv?

Fell over for me for long periods of both halves.
Made mistake of checking the other scores then couldn’t get back in. Pretty poor tbh.
Fortunately had Radio Lancs as backup

I missed the whole first half, but had no issues in the second half. Going to be emailing them and I suggest as many people do as it can't carry on like this

No connection to the Club site or Tangerine TV at all first half. I'm on the Commentary package. Checked loads of other websites and apps, all worked perfectly. Changed the boozer I was in, in case that was the problem with their wifi. It wasn't, same problem.

Finally got a connection second half and heard the two goals luckily, but 5mins later the connection went for the remainder of the game. Club site was completely inaccessible. That's not acceptable, especially a football clubs site at 3pm on a Saturday. Unless they've been hacked by some Russian cyber criminals or something.

Do these things not get tested before there launched. I see it in my job, there's always an IT excuse and a get out clause . Its piss poor really.

This needs highlighting . The club should raise it to a high level with however provides this service and accept no shit excuses from them.

I'd be angry if I'd have shelled out for the International package .

Looks like it was tested off peak. Can’t cope with the demand during match and if you go off stream, can’t get back on

We never had this problem with iFollow and it’s been working since the Oystons fucked off.

The fault is the with host server.
There has been a problem logging in for the last 3 games as well. I’ve missed two first halves now

IFollow has/had a live chat that replied to any problems within a few minutes TTV has an automated response .... it’s not good enough for £170.

No excuses get it sorted. 🙄

Do find it hilarious some on this thread are moaning about TTV whilst living in the UK and not being able to watch a Saturday 3p.m KO.
Go back through this thread. I dont live in the UK and neither do the posters in Germany, Australia, Dubai, Canada, Vegas, Cayman Islands, NZ and Spain. But glad its hilarious for you.

It's a fair point but all of those £10 from the VPN users (or at least a proportion of it) goes to BFC and is money they wouldn't have got otherwise.
In the case of Bournemouth it's highly unlikely they will have lost any money as a consequence.
There are very few fans that will change their minds about going to match just because it can be streamed.
On the other hand there will be plenty of fans that will watch a stream that never had any intention, or were unable, to make the trip.
IPTV is a different issue.

And read what I posted 'Some' on this thread and yes it is hilarious that they have found away around the rules to watch and then moan do you think the club wants this type of money do they fuck.

The justification is nonsense but hey it makes them feel better about themselves handing over some cash.

Totally agree with that.

There should be a way that genuine CAN'T attenders can watch the game without the need for stealth- maybe via a medical certificate or something.

On the revenue front, if you take off the VAT giving you £8.30 (roughly) then take off the 10% for the EFL and other costs, probably about £5 finds it's way to BFC which given the numbers watching (1000??) it probably pays for something worthwhile over a season.

IPTV of course pays zero.

And that is why they need to sort it out.

I'm going to be loathed to pay my tenner when I end up watching on my IPTV again like I did yesterday.

I thought the full match replay is supposed to be available to Tangerine Subscribers from 12pm the day after the match?
It has worked for me previously but not today.

Just tried it. Invited people round to watch the full game this afternoon, but highlights only available. What's their explanation this time?

Edit to say full match coverage now available at 3.00pm onwards

The Preview Show wouldn't load for me to watch on Friday night, which is the only reason I got a TTV sub. All other apps/sites working fine. Hopefully just teething problems and will be sorted out.

Email just received from Blackpool FC, if you’ve not seen it already. Positive response, hopefully sorted for next week.

Blackpool Football Club would like to apologise for any technical difficulties experienced while accessing the website to watch or listen to the 2-2 draw with AFC Bournemouth on Saturday.

The Club is currently working with its website and streaming providers to investigate the issues encountered and ensure that the matter is rectified moving forward.

A further update will be communicated in due course.

Thank-you for your continued support and understanding.
