IF the FA agree (and under the circumstances it is a high probability) then they are a disgrace (nothing new there).
If Chelsea are so concerned then why not ask for the game to be switched to Middlesborough because it will be totally unfair that their supporters should have to miss out.

Clubs outside of the rich Premiership really look forward to a good cup run and the money it can generate, this would be close to a sell out. These games can make a huge difference, why on earth should they be denied this income and the local fans the chance to see some of the best players around at their stadium. Who on earth within the Chelsea club thought this would be greeted with anything other than disgust from the footballing world. Chelsea best keep your heads down and silly ideas to yourself, oh and sort your own issues out
