Went to a funeral yesterday of a friend who had a long and successful career in the Royal Navy reaching the rank of Commander.
At the wake, the wife of another friend said to her husband, "there's a horse running at Cheltenham called Commander of the Fleet. Should I back it?". " Don't be silly, its got no chance!!" Oh dear !

I had the £20 max money back as cash for 2nd on Bob. Was happy just to be getting my £20 back when the other horse fell. Nice to rob the bookies back for a change. Shame for the other horse. Absolutely smashed it.

I’ve altered the table to take into account day 2 predictions but they never showed which is odd.

Backed Goshun a couple of years ago, miles clear and fell at the last, was convinced it was race fixing.
