There is lift access to the penthouse from the hotel entrance
There are also stairs up there via a door that you can see next to the balcony in the Corner Flag
Think you need a key to allow the lift to go up there - ordinarily it stops on Level Two where the Corner Flag is
The Oyston offices are accessed from reception on the First Floor
I never saw Heidi in the four months I was there
Natalie would use the main entrance but I recall the entrance to the offices was always kept locked
