Coventry v Blackpool Official Matchday Thread 29.10.22

decent half of football, could have been 4-0 to us, Coventry look a bit a suspect at the back but very good in possession. Generally we seem a bit tighter in defence. Their goal was well worked but you could say they exploited some defensive errors. i like the way we are playing more of teh same second half please.

We're losing because we missed chances, we need to focus on that rather than the officiating. We have no control over ref decisions, but we do have control over what we do with the ball when the chance presents itself.

It's not fact at all, its just superstitious bollocks.
And you may as well have because you said it was going to cost us.
Cost us what exactly?
Anyone reading your post would think the game so indirectly you were saying we were going to lose.

Oh give up FFS.
Only you seem to have an issue with what I said no one else.

Given our squad I think using Gaz as a target man with a more direct approach works for us.
Apart from the misses he's been v effective with others running off him. Having Patino and Carey running onto the ball from midfield is good.
Better than always pissing about with it at the back and getting caught in our own half.

We haven't won back to back wins all season which is a shocking stat really.

I wasn't positive at seeing that change today, despite us playing so well at times it was so wasteful from chances you have to score from.

Up against it now so looking less likely now.
