Critch Signs

I don’t drink so I will celebrate with a strong horlicks.😂 I’m not surprised he signed, he knows how the club and fans feel about him and the feelings are reciprocated. He appreciates the fantastic support the players receive and he’s happy here. Working for an employer who appreciates you and doing a job you love with people who are behind you all the way is worth a great deal.

This is why we went through those years of hurt ,and do you know what I would'nt have it any other way . Onwards and Upwards
 
Shows real commitment from Critch as well. He knows there'll be loads of admirers and he could have made it easy for other clubs to poach him but now they will have to pay top dollar. He knows we are a project in the making. What a transformation from top to bottom at this club and the best fans to go with it.
 
I think the fans might need to adjust to the long-term thinking as well. We might hit a bad spell at some point but it's about the longer term plan and reaching those goals through player development and sometimes there will be periods when the players and the manager will need time and patience to keep things moving forward. Exciting times.
