Cruella's Barge

Really good news this.

Migrants are set to return to Cruella's luxury floating hotel in Portland Harbour.

All traces of Legionella how now been removed, although she couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't catch smallpox, lassa fever or mad cow disease.

This has been a huge success for the Government, and only costs £15,000 per day in hire costs, and £4,500 per day in berthing costs.

It comes hard on the heels of Cruella's other cunning wheeze- Rwanda. The Government has already paid Rwanda £140 million to set up the scheme. Cruella called it "an investment for the future"

... and then we have HS2!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cruella's recording a remake of Dionne Warwick's hit

"Trains and boats and planes are passing by
They mean a trip to Paris or Rome
For someone else but not for me
The trains and the boats and planes… "

and even that's buggered now because of Brexit.

Oh, and nearly forgot about the billions wasted on procuring dodgy Covid PPE from their mates out of the backs of white vans.

Vote Tory.

They'll spend your money wisely!

Hopefully more viable when we get it full to the rafters.👍

So, what is your solution? Please don't say vote for another party, because they will have exactly the same problem with these mostly young men trying to enter our country illegally?

Read all of the post, and don't pick out selective bits to suit your agendas

Everything this woman does ends up as a farce. And her's is the Party which is supposed to be careful and not profligate with public money.

Oh and I didn't mention the huge and stealth taxes imposed on the British taxpayer.

And yes, the answer is to get rid of this shower as soon as possible. They've caused endless harm to millions of people in this country, and to the economy.

The answer I was expecting, No solution coming forward from you for the first part of your diatribe, and yes I did read the rest of your post.

By the way, have you read this morning that your Lord and Master Mr Stalmer is having problems in various parts of the country due to his stance on the Israel/Hamsa hospital bombing and the general problems in the area. A number of Asian councillors have resigned from the Labour Party.

It would seem being in Government or wanting to be in Government is not as straight forward as it used to be.

A bit surprised no-one commented on the cost of the barge. It's been delayed about 60 days so that's another £1,170,000 down the drain (and into the English Channel)

I'm not sure whether the rule applies to Cruella, but there used to be a sanction of "Surcharge" in the public sector. That might make her and her cohorts think twice about coming up with harebrained schemes to appease the blood lust of the anti-immigrant lobby

He's not my lord and master, but his stance on this is right. There have been problems in the particular Leicester constituency for many months, and a number of members have already been expelled.

He's going for extremists, whether they're anti-semite, anti muslim or anti black. I'm going for the rwnjs on here, so together I think we're doing a great job, but there's still a long way to go.

What about this guy who's just been 'potted'?
Unfortunately only got 11 years. Should have been 'Life'.
Where did all these illegal immigrants get all the money to pay him from?
£25,000 each.

Stop deflecting.

The tactic of those who can't come up with a reasoned response, and so they try to change the subject

I'm curious as to why accommodation, that was previously acceptable for workers in the oil industry, is considered unfit for illegal migrants.

I'm curious as to why, on any thread about this issue, posters continually post that no one has any solutions.

And on any thread like this, several of us continually post that the solution is to open a processing centre in Northern France, as offered by France. Secondly, fund the department that vets asylum applications properly, like it was 13 years ago, to reduce waiting times for decisions drastically. Then you don't need to lock people up in barges, hotels, military camps for long. They can then be quickly deported or allowed to work and contribute.

The biggest problem with all the above is that barge owners, security companies and hotel owners will not be getting huge hand outs from the Government, they might not vote Tory.

No solution to the migrant problem then.

Read the post again, and ask yourself why the figures have gone up so much since Brexit.

Everyone can correct this through the Ballot Box, and rebuild sensible relationships with France etc which have been destroyed by the rwnjs in the Tory Party.

And in the meantime?

Ollygon, It would appear that you are lashing out in all directions, at anyone and everyone who may have a totally different or slightly different viewpoint to your own. Davepick is anything but a rwnj, and you should realise that.

Sorry an o too many in your name now removed.
Where did I mention Davepick?

You're absolutely right.

My sincerest apologies.

Now, to go back to the whole point of the thread.

Do you think the £1,170,000 wasted is money well spent?
well it's better than spending it on you because you're beyond help. You've so many anger issues.

Part of the solution, as I've pointed out many, many times is to open sufficient entry points in the Pas-de-Calais. Then, to staff them properly and massively reduce the numbers waiting to be processed.

How would you solve this problem?

The cost in the summer was reported at £6m a day to keep them in the hotels.
It’s now saying it’s costing the Government £8m a day.
I can only assume the price hike is we must have upgraded the basic rooms to suites and sending them out to eat in 3 star Michelin restaurant's every night and giving them all £100 in cash as well. 🤷‍♂️

You remind me of one of those mugging victims who thinks his problems will be resolved by becoming buddies with his mugger. The mugger doesn't want to be your friend and France doesn't want to be the UK's friend. Get used to it.

So....no answer then.

You should be a Labour politician, you'd be good at it.

Moaning like fuck with no reasonable alternative. Throw as much mud as you can and hope some sticks......Labours finest (and only)policy.
Do you actually read what the political parties put out?

Remember, that's just the ones in hotels, there's an awful lot housed elsewhere at a significant cost as well.

£15,000,000,000 - £20,000,000,000 p/a was the last estimate of the total cost that I saw, that's a lot of money in anyone's terms.
