We can today confirm the signing of Blackpool forward Jake Daniels, on an initial one-month deal.
Jake joined the Blackpool Academy at the age of seven and has featured regularly for the youth team in the 2021/22 campaign.
Rewarded with a professional contract in February 2022, he scored 30 goals during the season, won the Youth Team’s Player of the Season award and made his first-team debut against Peterborough United.
He also enjoyed a productive loan spell with Bamber Bridge at the end of the 2021/22 season.

At last the lad can get on with his career and get back to doing what he was doing before without that tag.
As great as it was for him, I do wonder if it killed his career for 12 months because his head was turned.

He’s only recently recovered from an injury.Realistically, can anyone see him playing in our first team - I’d like to think so but he seems to be making slow progress considering he made his debut two years ago.
