Unbelievably terrible substitutions, why take Dembele and Gabriel off? Take off a central defender and Norburn and go 442, he's such a negative, boring manager. When we fail to go up I hope to god he is potted, he will destroy this team next season if he stays.

If you look at this season isolated, it's been a horror show for the majority of it. It's severely lacked tempo, entertainment.

We are in the bottom half of points gained and goals scored away from home.

Watching this derby team, seeing them 20 points ahead of us. Just shows to me he isn't up for the job. It's beyond poor.

All agreed. I want him out. However Sadler has said he is going nowhere and will get next season to try again. So we are stuck with him for a while, unless a plum assistant manager role pops up somewhere of course.

The last 5 managers were Dobbie, Mcsaurus, Appleton, Critchley and Grayson, add McPhillips to that if you want. I wouldn't want any of them we could have got Evo or Edwards as well as Rosenior, all better than the last 5 we have had. Critchley is a boring, awful manager and Sadler can't select a manager if his life depended on it.

We can pass it around a bit but can look shaky at the back and toothless up top.

We don't create many chances and our strikers don't score many.

It all feels a bit safe, controlled.
