Still saying only one device - can't see how using more than one wouldn't work, e.g. you and a mate both upload to wallet.

Obviously only one will gain access each match - be interesting to see if it works for people over the coming weeks.
 
It does mention in FAQs, if you accidentally delete it you can just Re download from original email so that will be the workaround.
 
I have received an email today telling me to delete the 22-23 season ticket card in my Android wallet, it also mentions about an email saying it has been updated (which I never received) Unfortunately there is no indication as to what season this "card" is relating to so can't delete anything because it maybe we'll be my new season "card" wtf Blackpool FC as clear as fing mud 😕🤬

The one in your wallet now will be last season's as presumably you haven't received the email yet - which will include a link to this season's.
 
Can't wait for the chaos of a parent/guardian with 3/4 season tickets on their phone having to mess around finding individual tickets each time and then having to have the phone passed back through the turnstile to be used again.

Add that situation to people who haven't got a clue what they're doing and the queues are going to be ridiculous.

I have got season tickets for the grandsons as well this time so it will be 4 x cards for me to avoid the phone chaos as mentioned above.

Having used cards before with kids the kids go through first, same here. Let's see how it works before deciding it won't work.
 
Well if 22,500 can get into Lytham festival I attended last week using their phones why should BR have any issues or is it a case of everyone trying to get in with 5 minutes to go as per norm.

Maybe the club could have a practice gate for the Hibs game, or even on a non match day.

I'm sure once people try, most concerns will be allayed. I accept some will still need / want cards.

I've started queuing at the turnstiles for the Burton game already.....
 
Everything is digital nowadays, premier league matches, festivals, F1 at Silverstone was too and there was half a million people using them this weekend without issue so I'm sure it will be fine for us.
 
What if you don't receive the email? Which I haven't as yet (no spam mail from Ticketmaster either) 😕
I got 3 emails from BFC all at the same time 14:31 saying further emails will be sent later today with digital tickets. Ordered /paid for 4 season tickets so looks like 1 has gone missing already 😕. Will see what arrives later and contact the club tomorrow if I am 1 short.

Sorry, me and technology aren’t on speaking terms. If I prefer a card, do I have to download the digital version too does anyone know (I have emailed the club)?
