Errors / lack of confirmation e-mail

Any other STH's having trouble with the booking system - I have a charge to my card but an error when payment process happened and no confirmation e-mail as yet.
 
Same has happened to me...it wont let me purchase any more as the system thinks i uave already used my allocation
 
Well that was a ball-ache. I kept getting turned down when I tried to book seats. Managed to get three seats in the end but it was a faff.
 
Couldn’t get 3 together and they were selling fast so have 2 together and 1 in a different block but I’d sooner go and sit on my own than not go at all
 
I was one of the first in the queue and picked three great seats. And then! Wouldn‘t allow me to purchase them, By the time the problem was sorted, an hour later, so were my preferred seats as were the next 3 sections! But looking on the bright side of life so fortunate to be going when so many countless others would love to be in my situation.

yep, friends of mine in exactly same position. Told to ring ticket office but getting no answer.
 
Load of rubbish , been trying all bloody day , selected seat early this morning then went to check out & then it crashed on me , message then states contact ticket office , that’s pretty impossible waited on line over an hour without any luck ! Not had any email with ticket & don’t think they have debited my account .
Thought I would try again but wouldn’t let me proceed as it thinks I am trying to purchase more than I am allowed!
Been a bad day !

I had the same issue but money is pending and club have told me my booking is confirmed. No confirmation or tickets yet 🤞🏼

Same and I am suffering a brain meltdown.
No mail, not even in spam
No sign of money leaving my account
No answer on the phones
No reply to email.
Not being able to add another because you can only buy one.
Its either lost in the ether or I am fucked
 
Oh for the days when you could queue outside Bloomfield Road without a care in the world and leave five hours later with a ticket in your hand and a spring in your step (1991 v Torquay).
 
Difficult to get the site to respond on the phone, but seems better and quicker than most. Confirmation came straight away, but ticket didn't, and not in spam or junk. Got home, checked on PC and it was there, utterly bizarre
 
I've just had a response from the ticket office confirming all tickets will be sent out tomorrow. I feel more confident now it's come from them.
 
Finally got my email ticket but far from happy over the whole episode.
Not blaming the club but Ticketmaster are basically a bunch of masterbatures.
 
I had this exact issue and couldn’t see the tickets in my spam or junk folder when looking on my mobile. Checked my emails on my laptop and the tickets were found. Same thing vs Oxford . If you’ve checked via a mobile, try logging in on a pc or laptop and you’ll probably find them waiting in your junk/ spam folder👍🏻

A traumatic experience. In a queue from get go then tried to get 7 close to each other and finally all seats booked but all over the place. T’master sucks big style, so much better queueing outside the shop and dealing with humans. How would it have managed 38,000? On reflection, we’re in and that’s what matters.
