A new democratically elected government in Italy is elected on a mandate to lower taxation, grow the indigenous birth rate through benefits/tax breaks, become self reliant in terms of energy and to manage immigration better - will remain in the EU and at the heart of Europe - and has a woman leader is called 'far' right

There's a sub-sect of the population who really don't like the idea of universal suffrage as it gives the wrong answer.

With the exception of staying in the EU I guess these all seem fairly consistent with a far right platform, along with other policies? Isolationism, growing 'indigenous people' (because they subscribe to the very far right and very racist great replacement theory), making immigration a key core of their policies, extreme anti-LGBT ideals. Was your post supposed to convince me they aren't far right?

Surprise surprise that a European country being so affected by immigration, is desperate for an alternative to the all to welcoming lefties.
These aren’t citizens that have suddenly become ‘hard-right’ or ‘fascist’ or whatever pathetic label their given. These are concerned peace-loving well-meaning Italian citizens who have see their country’s make-up changed rapidly due to uncontrolled immigration. What exacerbates things is that the immigrants have different ideology and religion and values and this ultimately leads to tensions.
Look whats happened to Sweden. A formerly peaceful friendly country, which has been inundated with immigrants over the last few years. It’s now a scene of running battles form ethnic lawless gangs and its no longer the Sweden it was.
The face of Europe is rapidly being changed be folk who are often not peaceful and have no desire to respect the European values.
So quel suprise that people are rebelling and looking for an alternative.
Don’t insult these Europeans by labelling them fascist. Stand in their shoes. They just want to live in peace and not have their countries ruined.

Always find it odd that the people who are really opposed to immigration are also often militaristic and against foreign aid.

Why don’t you answer the points I made about the concerns of Europe being rapidly changed by immigration along with all the issues that’s causing? You don’t address that do you. I’m still waiting for your views on how immigration has blighted countries such as Italy. I’m all ears. But the silence is deafening. It’s so much easier to shout fascist rather than actually address the real issues.
There are plenty of studies out there that show that benefit of immigration to the economy, and if Italy continues to have declining birth rates it is downright necessary. As for crime, while there is a short term shock, lots of evidence shows this stabilises into little to no effect long term.

No problem with immigration when it’s done in a considered, managed and controlled way. Nor do I have a problem with anyone regardless of background, religion or race. What I do find worrying is those who come to Europe and have no ‘tolerance’ for western values due to their indoctrination. Live and let live and mutual respect. But as we see on Leicester, there’s some who have hate at their hearts and have no tolerance for other religions.

You’ve ignored the real problems presented by overwhelming amounts of Islamic immigrants who cause real social issues in European counties.
It’s not for Europe to solve the issues across the world. Putting this down to Europe bombing counties is so ridiculous. We aren’t bombing anyone. The simple fact is that our modern civilisations and all the attached advantages will always be a magnet to economic migrants.
If you’re ok with open borders then say so. But there’s a never ending supply of migrants. So you better have a strategy for what we’re going to do once all the hotels are full and we’re seeing more racist Islamic behaviour such as we’re seeing in Leicester and across Europe.
In the meantime let’s just criticise the Italians cos they’re clearly a bunch of racist fascists. They and Sweden and the UK should move over and give up our way of life cos we’re privileged and don’t deserve peace and Christian values.
Maybe the idea is to let European countries be ruined and turned into lawless shitholes. At least then they won’t be such magnets. Problem solved.
