Whereas Carey is afraid to make mistakes and either plays safe or disappears, hopefully this lad being signed moves Carey closer to the exit door.So Ryan is not afraid to make mistakes according to his interview. Should fit in well then!!
Seriously though, wish him all the best and that he can make a positive contribution to the first team. COUP!
As Deacon Blue said, and he calls it Dignitas, but I may have misheard.Oh look a new a new signing being written off on AVFTT. Who'd o' thunk?!
There's always the Swiss option folks. If it's all too much. Why suffer every day?
I bet you wrote Kouassi off as one for the development squad only, while Rhodes was a washed up has been...We already have tonnes of players in development. For the club to progress on all counts promotion is our priority. If you know you know and it is very apparent you don’t know.
Oh dear, how sorry, never mind.I have seen nothing whatsoever in your posts to be jealous of.
You actually seem like a bit of a sad case.
Now you’re saying that I think he’s going to be like Modric or Henderson. He's played 3 games in a year and has never started a competitive match at this level yet you are somehow telling us he's going to be like Luka Modric or Jordan Henderson
oh and Norburn doesn't play as a box to box midfielder
Nope on the first and yep on the second. Nobody's perfect and I"m glad Rhodes proved me wrong.I bet you wrote Kouassi off as one for the development squad only, while Rhodes was a washed up has been...
Possible Chant alert to the tune of Michael Finnigan
There was a young lad called Ryan Finnigan, and he’s better than David Linighan, when we play Preston we’ll surely win again cos we’ve got Finnigan Finnigan
Yeah that's fineGive the lad a chance he has only just signed and not put a shirt on yet, look on the positive side at least the club are looking to buy.
When you've watched a live English football match come back to me and I may give you a bit more respectNow you’re saying that I think he’s going to be like Modric or Henderson.
This is absolutely my fault for thinking you were intelligent enough to engage in debate.
Apologies won’t reply to you in the future.
A potential future asset maybe? I recall people queuing up on here to say it was a waste of time signing Kyle Joseph. Look at him now.I’m very confused. Why the need to sign someone today who has been out with a potential season ending ankle injury since September ?
Could have waited until the summer if he isn’t going to be fit until then ?
Another to come in first team ready, no point in bringing in two first team midfielders as who out of Dembele Morgan and Norburn would get dropped? No doubt when fit this lad could do a job before the end of the season should we need.Truth hurts Memphis. No help for us getting promoted which is job one this season.
I think you will find that both the player and the manager have made the signing for the future as we have already a large number of midfielders and don't be underwhelmed when we bring in youngsters from other clubs because thats what Blackpool do . Its obvious that Critch has high hopes for the future for this guy as he has been bought and not borrowed which would underwhelm everyone because it would be a waist of money paying wages for someone who isn't playing. Not much to go on with this lad. Wouldn't seem ready to go straight into the first eleven. Underwhelmed.
Okay, so tell us what you know about Moxon and how it pertains to the club.Oh dear, how sorry, never mind.
Last word on dithering. Moxon. Says it all and no I'm not wasting my time further with you.
How many inches of money would be waisted?I think you will find that both the player and the manager have made the signing for the future as we have already a large number of midfielders and don't be underwhelmed when we bring in youngsters from other clubs because thats what Blackpool do . Its obvious that Critch has high hopes for the future for this guy as he has been bought and not borrowed which would underwhelm everyone because it would be a waist of money paying wages for someone who isn't playing.
I completely agree. Lots of folks on here have already mullered him.Pathetic.
Luker no idea who you are but do know after your performance today that you're disingenuous and a bullshitter. Answered your questions here and you ask the same on another thread. Not worthy of my time.Okay, so tell us what you know about Moxon and how it pertains to the club.
Err, no, you haven't answered me.Luker no idea who you are but do know after your performance today that you're disingenuous and a bullshitter. Answered your questions here and you ask the same on another thread. Not worthy of my time.
I once suggested to her that she change her name from the lurker to the stalker before the bunny boiler was put on my ignore list.Luker no idea who you are but do know after your performance today that you're disingenuous and a bullshitter. It's Luker after my favourite darts player.I once suggested to her that she change her name from the lurker to the stalker before the bunny boiler was put on my ignore list.
Save your breath mateSouthampton let him go because they'll be in the Premier League next year and the lad probably wants first team football.
He could have a ceiling as a mid table Championship player which wouldn't help them, but still be a tremendous asset to us.
There must have been no Crewe players available, now were moving onto anyone who has recently been on loan at Crewe, WTF is it about us and Crewe ?From a Crewe fan on X/Twitter

He was really, really good at Crewe last season. Think it's a great fit. Hope he does well for you lot, likeable lad with a lot of natural ability that can be moulded into a top player at that level for certain.

Apart from the fact is mentions that lot from the other end of the M55. Why on earth would a true Blackpool fan, feel the need to mention themThis is the best chant we've ever had. Just change the last line to 'cos we've got Ryan Finnigan Finnigan'.
So what type of player is he?
Is he hard working, is he a tough tackler type, is he creative, does he score goals, etc etc
Come on tell us all what he is
I dread to think what position he would play him inSave your breath mate
If Critch signed Messi he would be no good to some.
Think he is above dev squad standardIt's got development squad all over this one.
He's had high hopes for a number of relatively young midfielders he's brought in.I think you will find that both the player and the manager have made the signing for the future as we have already a large number of midfielders and don't be underwhelmed when we bring in youngsters from other clubs because thats what Blackpool do . Its obvious that Critch has high hopes for the future for this guy as he has been bought and not borrowed which would underwhelm everyone because it would be a waist of money paying wages for someone who isn't playing.
Who wrote that, his agent?I don't claim to know anything about him, but these are a few facts and comments by those who do . Not much to go on as he's only 20 years old. I hope he's a good one. He's also been considered good enough to make Southampton's first team squad as a substitute.
Ryan Finnigan is a versatile midfielder who has played as both an attacking and defensive midfielder, as well as featuring as a centre-half and right midfielder in his career.
He joined Crewe Alexandra on loan , making 16 appearances and contributing one goal and one assist.
Physically, technically and tactically aware. He is also very strong and has an excellent work ethic.
With his size, central defender.I dread to think what position he would play him in
I am concerned that your username strongly resembles a Preston chant. That’s why Southampton let him go. Because it makes sense to them to let go of a kid they know better than anyone else and you say has a bright future. He also does nothing for us at this point as he’s injured.

I"m concerned you don't know how to focus on the point being discussed but your profile picture gets you out of a lot of trouble. He was a good friend of the family and even though a kid and he was way before my time he was always nice to me.I am concerned that your username strongly resembles a Preston chant.
Doesn't really matter. He won't be played in a position that suits his strengths anyway
Critchley, the sooner he f***s off to manage Crewe the happier I will be.There must have been no Crewe players available, now were moving onto anyone who has recently been on loan at Crewe, WTF is it about us and Crewe ?
I am fairly close to subscribing to this for the simple fact he has too many favorites which unfortunately are our worst-performing players.Critchley, the sooner he f***s off to manage Crewe the happier I will be.
So is Apter.Think he is above dev squad standard
I think we have to wait until the end of the season because we could be on the crest of a wave...... or the crest of a slump. It is improving and clearing players out now, freeing up money will let us keep the players we really want until the summer when it will be an easier cull.I am fairly close to subscribing to this for the simple fact he has too many favorites which unfortunately are our worst-perming players.
That was my first thought as well.I hope he's better than his namesake Trevor
What has Critchley done now to warrant that?Critchley, the sooner he f***s off to manage Crewe the happier I will be.
Add Albie Morgan to that listA potential future asset maybe? I recall people queuing up on here to say it was a waste of time signing Kyle Joseph. Look at him now.
I’ve never liked him or his boring football and never will. Some people you just don’t like, for me that’s him. What has Critchley done now to warrant that?
That's you feelings i respect that so all goodI’ve never liked him or his boring football and never will. Some people you just don’t like, for me that’s him.
