I'm beginning to get annoyed with him. He's making strange decisions and isn't improving us in many areas.More under performing. More goals conceded. A better manager does better than this.
maybe - but start like we did in the second half, or against oxford and get into teams from the off get ahead and then maybe just maybe you think about shutting up shop getting solid and hitting on the break.I can only think that Dembele isn't up to a 90 minute outing at the moment. I can't see any other reason for him not starting.
The goal was not Connolly's fault, the message from the bench must have been hold on to our lead, subs told us that but suspect the direction came from the dugout.Who’s going to pack critchleys bags .if Sadler is happy with this 352 shit ,go 2or 3 goals down before they decide to start playing ,then we get back in front then stop playing fetch connoly on and then concede again ,what is going on ,every time we start to defend we concede ,what tactics manual is critchley reading
Have to play a narrow 442 thenmaybe - but start like we did in the second half, or against oxford and get into teams from the off get ahead and then maybe just maybe you think about shutting up shop getting solid and hitting on the break.
its seems a fairly potent combination dembele and carey behind a front two.
Same with Kouassi over Lavery. Absolute joke.3 times Oakley-Booth has started, 3 times Dembele has come on and changed the game. Still raging at that team selection, no excuses Critchley, that's down to you. Fleetwood aren't even that good and we still setup like that.
Pathetic absolutely Pathetic.
Wanted another million if he did goodFor me Critchley has the back up of a 4 year contract )WTF did they do that??) for me he has this season and if we finish outside the top 10, then he has to go, he won't get sacked this season, not unless it goes really tits up.
Teams who've struggled to score against some poor league 1 sides have found it very easy to score many goals against us recently. Why should playing a team who have only scored twice at home be tricky? Play our most creative players and it’s a comfortable win.
We will never know until he starts with himmaybe - but start like we did in the second half, or against oxford and get into teams from the off get ahead and then maybe just maybe you think about shutting up shop getting solid and hitting on the break.

Yep - should have won at Oxford, Charlton, Cods, Orient, Port Vale - that would give us an extra 8 points plusFFS we're 16 games into the season.
We have won more than we've lost but keep drawing games with teams we should be beating!!!
THATS THE PROBLEM
You forgot ExeterYep - should have won at Oxford, Charlton, Cods, Orient, Port Vale - that would give us an extra 8 points plus
We wouldn’t be moaning as much with that points haul
What is scary, apart from Carey, is how many goals we’re conceding -3 tonight against the team with the scorst home record in Europe
Fleetwood deserved it to be honest . Could have jacked it in but battled well. Mind you cautious Critch gave them a bit of a leg up on that oneWhatever opinions you have you'd have to agree that was a tremendous football match.
Really enjoyed it despite the equaliser.
Fair commentFleetwood better first half, you lot better second. Draw probably fair when you reflect. Why you invited pressure at 2-3 and didn't go for a fourth when you were so dominant, I have no idea though... Did feel like suicide...
The doom and gloom, the blame game. Great game of football a proper derby, they excelled themselves and scored some good goals, we showed in glimpses how good we can be, Dembele is a special talent the likes that come around once in a lifetime, once he is fully match fit and the team clicks properly we will storm the league, 2/3 of the season to go yet. UTMP
There's a shovel in my garden that's better than Mick McCarthy.Still better than Prick McCarthy.
Do you want Judas jobFair comment
Don't do them mate unfortunatelyRandom question but did anyone get a programme tonight? Do Fleetwood even do them? My lad likes to save them with his ticket stub but couldn’t see anyone selling them?
Ah ok no worry’s thanks.Don't do them mate unfortunately
He needs someone like Gary Bowyer on the touchline alongside him and at every training session.
Jordan Rhodes was crap tonight. We need to keep him for rest off season to prove himself!Rhodes to make it 2-3 now…
Reading the comments posted on here it looks like an irrational dislike at the very least.Hate is a very strong word which I don’t think should be used in this context. Dislike, yes disagree, yes stubborn yes, sometimes to the point of stupidity. Just not hate please.
The point I was trying to make was we were all over them like a rash , we put another defender on who can’t defend and then concedeThe goal was not Connolly's fault, the message from the bench must have been hold on to our lead, subs told us that but suspect the direction came from the dugout.
I agree with the majority of that and irrational dislike I think is more accurate, I don’t think anyone actively hates him. You’re probably right, he isn’t going anywhere soon, since the man at the top appears to think he’s the best thing since sliced bread. I do however defend anyone’s right to criticism, justified or not. I like you will support the team through thick and thin as I always have. I personally don’t like Critchley, possibly unjustifiably as I don’t know him and have never met him. I don’t launch tirades against him every two minutes, I just don’t like his constant tinkering, unfathomable selections nor most of the time his style of play. That doesn’t mean I don’t want the best for the club, I do. If we were to achieve promotion this season I would be delighted, as would any right thinking supporter.Reading the comments posted on here it looks like an irrational dislike at the very least.
When we go two down, to what were really individual errors, it's all down to Critchley
When we fight back to go 2-3 in front. it's despite Critchley
When Critchley doesn't play Dembele he is a fool, when he brings Dembele on it's too little, too late (it actually wasn't).
When we don't win it's points dropped, when we do win it's 'any half decent manager would beat that lot'
We do not have a right to beat anybody - we have improved as the season has gone on, we are a far better team now than in September for instance (Lincoln away). A key player, Norburn, is injured, and we lack depth in midfield.
Dembele is given a free role, it's a risk to play him from the start but maybe we will in future.
We go forward. Critch is not going anywhere, it's a long term project, and the sheer negativity and criticism of our own players is frankly shameful. I have watched the club for a long time and there have been far, far worse teams and managers than this one. We have a good owner and a decent manager (remember last season), the supporters need to do their job and get behind them.
There were a few shouts on the terraces that were poor last night, maybe one too many beersthe supporters need to do their job and get behind them.
I'm watching online and following the match thread on here, glad to hear that the fans at the ground are generally backing the team. There were a few shouts on the terraces that were poor last night, maybe one too many beers
Unfortunately some fans lose their heads and just like the players the fans need to show a bit more composure.
In the main though we have great support.
I agree with most of that, there were individual errors, the second cod goal was a complete disaster, no one covered themselves in glory there.Reading the comments posted on here it looks like an irrational dislike at the very least.

Can you give some examples of the things that he has stuck with time after time?I agree with most of that, there were individual errors, the second cod goal was a complete disaster, no one covered themselves in glory there.
The frustrating thing with Critchley is that he sticks with certain things no matter what, he does the same thing time after time and expects a different outcome, is he just stubborn or does he really not know his best 11?
Yeah plus picking West is just paving over the cracks.. Shipman would give us an injection 4 sureShipman was far more prolific than West!
Well, he sticks with his rigid 3-5-2 when there is a chance to try something different. Can you give some examples of the things that he has stuck with time after time?
I agree with your analysis. One point of my own that I think is worthy of consideration, however, is this. Critchley talks about the advantages of keeping hold of the ball: without it the opposition can't hurt you; with the ball we can dictate the pace of the game. Unfortunately, these 'advantages' rarely play out and, more often than not, possession results in us playing deeper and allows the opposition to dictate. The result is that our defending has become our Achilles heel. A back four that includes wing backs (ie. defenders who can also range forward with pace) is, for me, a much stronger unit. Combine it with two wingers, (Dale and Hamilton), and we have strength at the back that is not compromised when we move forwards using the wings.Reading the comments posted on here it looks like an irrational dislike at the very least.

Oakley-Boothe who came in from not even being in the squad to starting, presumably for Norburn, doesn't seem to be working.
Kouassi who I thought started well but has struggled lately.
He always goes for caution, when sometimes I might be worth letting the opposition worry about us.
I know it's all about opinions, I don't think he's a bad coach at all, he just seems to get stuck in a rut and can't or refuses to see a way out.
Has it worked for us though? Sometimes yes, sometime no, won 6, drawn 6 lost 4, suggests it's patchy at best. The system has worked for us though and there are obvious signs of progress being made?
Oakley-Boothe has played 2 and a half games(in fact not even that)... he played OK at Oxford, not great on Saturday and was hooked at half time last night. (Norburn is injured)...
Kouassi - Young lad and has played fantastically well in some games and not so well in others, Critchley has been alternating him in and out of the side (what do you recommend we do? Stop playing him at all)
Was last night cautious? We started with 6 attack minded players

We only had 30 shots wed night, when Critchley let’s the shackles off it will be 90 minutes of shots non stop. The system has worked for us though and there are obvious signs of progress being made?
