It’s great value I’ll agree , but it’s not £20 cheaper , maybe a fiver .
The Forest game is £11 cheaper than our league 1 admission price (£26).

FA Cup has different rules on away allocations, have to give a larger allocation. That’s why you see things like Bristol taking 9000 to West Ham.So all this bollocks about not giving away fans the whole of the East has suddenly been dropped for this game?
After clubs have asked for a bigger allocation and been told no it's on ITV and policy has changed.View attachment 17917
I wonder if they are all in the east or if they'll use that half the east, the SE corner, block x etc. Doesn't seem like it as it said ST holders places are kept, but there aren't many ST holders in block x etc anyway.FA Cup has different rules on away allocations, have to give a larger allocation. Correct! I think it's 15% of total capacity so if you assume that is 16,000 by my reckoning that minimum allocation is 2,400. The club can't fulfill that with half of the East so need to give them the whole stand. There is a huge latent demand for tickets for Forest games so I wouldn't be surprised if they sold the whole lot.FA Cup has different rules on away allocations, have to give a larger allocation. I'll stick to the North and a tube of pile ointment. Standing shouldn't irritate them with a little luck.Padded seats. Worth the extra on a January evening.
Its £0.65 cheaper than my ST seat. The Forest game is £11 cheaper than our league 1 admission price (£26).
It is if you are a non season ticket holder buying in block MIt’s great value I’ll agree , but it’s not £20 cheaper , maybe a fiver .
It's an extra match not budgeted for. Fans are being offered discount tickets. This could easily be done as a straight £15 across the board. No matter, I will pay the £20 so let that be the end of it.I don't understand 1966's beef.
He pays more to sit in Block M match day tickets are more expensive in that area.
Why would they be priced the same as the rest of the ground makes no sense.
A padded cell might suit you.OMG, I've just realised with my travel costs from Yorkshire and back plus my pensioners ticket in the South, It will cost me more than if I had a padded cell eeer seat!
Not if you don’t sit down for the whole gamePadded seats. Worth the extra on a January evening.
Pays your money and takes your pickBut it won't be my spot!
Your also getting a discount Block M is £40 for a seat now £20.It's an extra match not budgeted for. Fans are being offered discount tickets. This could easily be done as a straight £15 across the board. No matter, I will pay the £20 so let that be the end of it.
I was talking about one price across the ground. Even so, I am paying the £20 so end of story.Your also getting a discount Block M is £40 for a seat now £20.
Senior is £17.
Not sure what ST in that block but it surely must be a fiver a game more than I paid?
Works out a saving of 18p for me or are you saying ST holders should be paying less?
Block X is open to Pool fans.I wonder if they are all in the east or if they'll use that half the east, the SE corner, block x etc. Doesn't seem like it as it said ST holders places are kept, but there aren't many ST holders in block x etc anyway.
So giving away fans the whole of the East for a night match but wouldn't let Carlisle have it on a Saturday.Block X is open to Pool fans.
Would imagine it’s all the east bar the last block or so. I think 3,900 was the increased allocation they’d use for many games last season.I wonder if they are all in the east or if they'll use that half the east, the SE corner, block x etc. Doesn't seem like it as it said ST holders places are kept, but there aren't many ST holders in block x etc anyway.
You’d hope that although it’s not the greatest tie, it’s a good chance to progress for us with a home midweek game, and due to that many people would come out.Correct! It's up to the people of Blackpool to support the club and sell out the home allocation. I always remember my Dad taking me to a League Cup game against Arsenal ca. 1976. It was chucking it down and wasn't fussed about going but we did and it was great to see players like Pat Jennings, David O'Leary, Malcolm McDonald and Liam Brady. We went in the Scratching Sheds, it was rammed, and a fantastic atmosphere under the floodlights. We more than held our own and I seem to remember the tie went to two replays. From that moment I was hooked and became a full fledged Seasider.
Up to kick off. I'm getting Burton, Forest, Bristol Rovers and Stevenage tickets which are all on sale.Does anybody know if the ticket office is open tonight before the Burton Match?
Yeah we can see that now from the seat planner.Would imagine it’s all the east bar the last block or so. I think 3,900 was the increased allocation they’d use for many games last season.
'66 - change your username to Sheldon? But it won't be my spot!
1966 will lend you some money for that lot I'm sure Wiz, but, he'll have a good moan about it on here.Up to kick off. I'm getting Burton, Forest, Bristol Rovers and Stevenage tickets which are all on sale.
Again… I think away allocations work differently in the FA Cup. And it’s always been this way.Just prove what a load of baloney it all was. Thousands of Wigan Carlisle fans and others denied the chance to support their team and spend money in the town for no reason at all. The amount of gate money we’ve turned down is ridiculous. Now watch us deny Bolton Portsmouth etc extra tickets.
Same people who moan about paying for a product tend to be the same then saying ‘why haven’t we signed Haaland?’Plus £5.00 if sitting in M Block.
then youll moan we havent signed anyone....Plus £5.00 if sitting in M Block.
At last, somebody gets it. I do this sort of thing frequently but no-one usually gets them.'66 - change your username to Sheldon?
Why would I do that when we already have? Bizarre!then youll moan we havent signed anyone....
You know exactly the point I'm making. £5 extra!!!Why would I do that when we already have? Bizarre!
Youve made yourself look like a right tight **.It's an extra match not budgeted for. Fans are being offered discount tickets. This could easily be done as a straight £15 across the board. No matter, I will pay the £20 so let that be the end of it.
Sorry Ginge you are causing me to smile. It's not a big deal. It was a throw away remark and I have paid £20 for my ticket next week. So, panic over.Youve made yourself look like a right tight **.

Not doing anything wrong - that’s what always happens. Same with concert tickets. I think the only way it can be avoided is to buy in person at the ticket office. Can someone explain why I am getting charged a £2 booking fee? I’ve done print at home for the ticket - £17 total?
Logged in and bought my ST reserved seat.
It’s done this before on my account.
