Harry Kane

nah, not having it.
I just read that Bert Lxxxx passed away on 16th December and memories of London Pensions Group at Warbreck came flooding back. Bert's side kick was Tom (Bxxxxxx?), they were like chalk and cheese but kept us entertained. I remember Enid Hxxxxxx sat in the corner by the radiator and window with a cardigan on the back of her chair (just like me when I'm in the office ๐Ÿ˜‚), Mary Cxxxxxx who was always entering competitions and knitting, Pete Bxxxxx Spurs fan, Karen Sxxxxx obsessed with David Sylvian and the lovely Edith Pxxxxxx who was like a second mum to me back in the mid 1980s. Who have I forgotten?

Names amended to protect the innocent.

Yep ,know all them but not the Sarah who you first mention. Bert was a season ticket holder at Blackpool and we discussed all the games and talked at the games often before going in outside the South. His name was in the rememberance list to lost seasiders last year. Lovely bloke. Look, it's no secret I like Spurs but I've always been a Blackpool fan and you should know that. I've no problem though if you feel the need to quote Spurs when I pull you up on other stuff though.๐Ÿ˜‰

I know, just quoting other people. As I said, it made me laugh out loud when I read it.

Donโ€™t tell Leeds Seasider ffs! ๐Ÿ˜‚

No, I've never commented on the title race, and Kane has now scored 6 or 7. Prolific.

You're a Spurs fan so obviously you're interested (as was pointed out on Facebook the other day by some woman who used to work with you at NX ๐Ÿ˜‰ ) I'll take an interest when my team gets there. That's how it works.
Hang on, Wizz. Come clean. You've got a soft spot for City that goes back to well before the petrodollar days. ;)

Family connection. I watch for their results so I can congratulate/commiserate with my Dad ๐Ÿ˜

Not a fan though. Last time I went to a City game and Blackpool weren't also involved was the 81 Cup Final.
