I think he will be sacked over the next couple of weeks

If he is given a chance to turn things round then he can win the fans back . He has a 4 year contract ,it would be a small fortune to get rid now . So I don't see the point in talking about a replacement until he is given more time and better luck. The fans what are asking for his head at this stage need to give their heads a wobble or they are nobbers on this site.
I understand the short-term financial hit that sacking him would have, but surely relegation to league 1 would have longer lasting financial implications.

The underlying issue is that the majority of fans didn't want him in the first place, and now he has lost even more fans who were prepared to give him the chance to prove the doubters wrong. I just can't see how he is going to win the fans back.

We are now in the bottom 3, and the last 4 games have been woeful. Therefore, I feel the club need to act now or accept that we are more than likely going to be relegated, and the relationship with fans will just deteriorate further.

Maybe you are 1 of the nobbers I mention . We had 14 out of 26 players out through injury and sickness or cards . Klopp could not get a win with so few players . Also the man we most rely on has been the worst of the lot and has cost us at least 6 maybe 9 points. Nobody is turning anything round while we have development players filling in our bench.Maybe you should watch the games rather then blame a bloke that sends his best available team out and gets shafted by silly tackles that get people sent off or gives away penalties.

If you look on twitter, fb etc its far more against him than on here, I'd say it's probably majority, so nowt to do with nobbers, the nobbers actually want us to keep him.

Hes had a tough hand and it is harsh in some respects but he has to take some blame too as we've been dire with plenty on the pitch to do better then we have at times.

He was never wanted, people were just putting their dislike aside then with some of the shite we've seen, minds are made up right or wronlgly.

If he comes back and wins back to back games, people would be happier, but I imagine in the next tricky spell it'll all come back, not sure we will survive with the fans not fully behind us.

Sadler won't react to fans not taking to an individual personality any differently than he did on day one when he managed to usher in Appleton by going on both the attack and defensive about it at the same time. What a warm welcome that was for the guy. Basically saying yeah I know look it's not ideal but.

If the players aren't responding as expected and the feedback is the situation won't right itself as far as they're concerned. If they're not happy with how they're being trained and prepared. Then things will have to change. But if not it'll come down to results and performances after giving him a fair crack at it. Which he's not really had yet. You can only say something has failed when there's nothing stopping it from succeeding.

The majority are still with him according to the vote on here. I agree a large %are against him ,but its as though they are not watching the same games as the majority. Marv and Dom have cost us results ,not the manager.

Not sure why some put demands on not renewing etc, as pool fans we should be going regardless.

If he's there I'll go, if he isn't and its someone new i'll go.

Why wouldn't you back someone new.

He might not be giving into fans, they might have had minimum requirements from the games we had left.

But also he might think if we don't have fans onside we won't survive, which might be valid.
If it was Sam Allardyce or Joey Barton I'd think twice about renewing.

If you factor in the other platforms its so far against him it'll easily be a majority.

Just for the record I am a blackpool season ticket holder, and I was merely expressing my personal view on what I see week in week out. I will be honest and add that he wasn't my first choice, but until recently I was prepared to get behind him. Yes I know we've had injuries, but recent performances have been really poor, and all I said was that it is difficult to see how he can turn it around from here.

Recent performances have been poor for the reasons I have been giving. Assuming Sadler is going to wait until we have most of our team back before making any rash decisions . We will see how things pan out ,but anyone wanting him out after all the injuries etc are blind ,biased or stupid . We were not poor at QPR ,Burnley and Coventry. We were not poor at Sheffield and Sunderland . We were poor when Epiteta had a melt down and we had illness and injuries . Thats when we became poor. I'm a season ticket holder too ,but I must get a different view of these games then you.

He will go and it will cost money the club hasn't got all because of a few idiotic fans

I actually think he will be gone by next we certa

Jeez, I’d be amazed if he does go. You seem confident.

They ain’t fans Phil. Even after all the troubles we’ve had over the years I’ve never heard so many stupid comments than I have over the past few months.

Still got a foot in both camps but I would have like Rob Edwards if there was a change - now he's seemingly off to Luton I'm not sure who'd realistically be a good fit.
