I won't be buying any season tickets if McCarthy is still in charge next season

The league we are in is irrelevant as I've watched us in all 4 league's. I'm just not willing to waste my time and effort trapesing up and down the motorway every week to watch a load of big lads just launch the ball into orbit

It's the worst football I've ever seen at Bloomfield Road

And I've seen some right shite with Jimmy Mullen, Sam Ellis, Colin Hendry, Lee Clark, McDonald etc etc

It's dog shit ......
I don't think we'll be able to afford MM next year so get saving up for your early bird discount.
It's a shame Crappelton wasn't on the shit managers list you quoted he definitely deserves that success

Worse than Boro at home THIS season ? I don’t think so

I'm a Nobber (if some of you didn't already know) but fuck me, you're ** boring mate.

No idea how Blackpool fans put up with your constant boring posts. Every single post is negative, this and that, my god.

If you don't want a season ticket next season, that's fine. No need to publish it on a forum ffs. Very 'pick me' this post.

Your team are in a relegation scrap and all you're doing is slagging off the managers football. If it gets you out of it, who is arsed?
I think the point he is making is that shit football from another era that doesn't suit our best players will not keep us up. It will almost definitely get us relegated. Its a reasonable point to make.

I think it's reasonable for Sadler and co to get a clear message that the fans do not want giraffeball beyond the end of this season so don't even think about it. I think it's quite clear that there's no intention of retaining MM though.
Really ?

If he does a good job doesn’t it make sense to retain his services rather than step into the unknown ?

Although it almost certainly suits our player of the season from last year, who has struggled trying to play the ball out from the back… It likely also suits both of our keepers too… It will suit Gary Madine…likely suits Jerry too and I don’t see Thomas Trybull having much of an issue mixing it up… Rogers has coped fine, as has CJ, Hubby, Connolly & Dougall.. and Lyons seems to be doing OK….

So basically it seems that we’re all good tbh..

I think it probably doesn’t suit a few whining winifreds in the crowd, but we probably knew that beforehand…

See ya

That's what I said and it's crucial that they are doing that now and tbh I'm sure they will be.
I don't actually think the next appointment should be dependent on which Division we are in either. They just need to find the right person and I'm not pretending that will be easy.
I can't see it being Eric Ramsay from Man U as he seems to be no.1 go to guy in charge of laminates when a sub is coming on

We've lost to a Southampton reserve team, got well beaten by a good Boro side, struggled to get a point at home to a Huddersfield team who are in such a bad place that they have just sacked their coach. Not sure why you are so certain that all those players you name are doing so well under McCarthy.
The first half on Tuesday was a truly terrible display of football but if that's what keeps us up then I agree we're all good.

The Southampton game was a fuck about to test an alternative system (and we were the team in the ascendancy at the end) and Boro was a new / rusty defensive line up playing against one of the most potent attacking teams in the league.

Tuesday was fine… an expectedly scrappy affair where we showed great spirit after a mistake and a set-back… the players will take heart from that performance.

Don’t let the AVFTT Energy Vampires grind you down 👍

Which game was that?
to be fair there's been quite a few. Sheff U, Burnley and QPR away being three examples. And there are a few more, Watford at home being another. But yep, all those were earlier on in the season and we were getting considerably worse as the season progressed. I'd be pleasantly surprised to see a good footballing performance from a McCarthy team as it stands but that is not as important as us three points from a game by whatever means.

First nobber I've liked, well done! 🤪

This is what you've reduced me to, Phil 😭😭😭

Real ffs you go to about 2 matches a season you fcuking weapon

I will be at Bloomfield Road on Saturday will you?
I get to plenty of matches Phil, don't worryv - it's not the point

Done 80 odd grounds (some Clubs at 3 grounds) with Pool and like yourself seen them in every Division (except in my case twice !) I have even cycled to the odd away match !

Not this Sat, but I hope you enjoy and change your mind - we're in a mess, but have been erm since ............Peterborough last season or Derby at home - Critchley wrecked the Club and I cant wait for his return with QPR (if he's still there !) He deserves a stuffing to remember and the noise of good fans ringing in his ears.

I hope we stay up and hope you are encouraged enogh to renew - I think your judgement of MM is very harsh - at least he has a fair football track record. tbh I thinnk we have a 50/50 chance of staying up but we need a win and it must be this w.e
