iFollow for MKDons game

Ive just tried to redeem my code like i have every other week so far. Takes the total to £0, carry on through PayPal like always and then it comes back to the screen with a message in red at the bottom saying an 'Error Occured, please try again'.

Anyway else having this?
 
I had that problem on Tuesday with PayPal and I'm sure a few others mentioned they did as well. It worked absolutely fine with debit card, there just seems to be an issue with PayPal at the moment.

Nah I just thought I'd get it all ready lol. And yea I've always used PayPal without issue.

I had an issue with Paypal for Tuesday, I ended up clicking a link that shows your last few payments and it went through.
 
Ive used Ifollow for previous games with no problems at all but struggled on Tuesday. Logged on ok but It just showed blank screen took me 20 minutes to sort by trying other links. Think there are a few bugs in system.
 
Yep Paypal seem fcked. I've had to use card for the last two games when it worked fine with PayPal before that. Suspect EFL has removed PP as a payment option but left it available as a choice so it just fails.
 
I got a free code from the EFL Rewards app on Tuesday and was a bit perturbed about the fact I had to still put in my bank details before it would take me through to the game. Slightly unethical me thinks.

Season ticket free code does the same. You put in the details then the code with a total of £0.

What's unethical about it? I imagine it is because they don't have the infrastructure in place on the site to actually give out free games, so they make you do a £0 'purchase' instead.
 
I have used PayPal for all the games from the start, and not had an issue. However last Tues, tried a few times and no joy, so just used credit card and again ...no probs. Sign in on laptop, then connect laptop to TV hard wired using HDMI lead 👍👍

I’ve had issues with PayPal last 2 games
 
Well i tried again yesterday and its charged me this time ... had to contact iFollow which is a nightmare as their phone lines are 'unavailable' and there emails take about 7 days to answer. Apparently there is a way to live chat with them 2 hours before kick off so may try that to try get a refund. What a load of hassle.

At least after today there will be no more codes to put in.
 
A couple of days ago I applied the ST discount code supplied by the club for todays match though the clubs's match pass facility as per normal. It applied discount and showed a zero charge. However, today I received an email from EFL ifollow to say they had made a charge to my credit card for the match. This is the first time this has happened. I have just emailed both EFL ifollow and the club to get a refund, but am awaiting a response
