Apparently it includes quite a lot of the below short film.

I watched a while back - tough watch, and many questioned that it was too soon. Thankfully / hopefully we'll never know the full extent of what happened.

Other true crime is made into TV / movies so I personally don't see this being any different. Many will disagree no doubt.

I wont judge whether I think it should be made into a drama. I won’t be watching it though, in that respect it will always be too soon.
You couldn’t avoid knowing what you already know from the coverage back in the day and intermittently since, but I wouldn't want to know anymore, or dwell on anymore details.
I have tremendous respect for James’s mother and how she has survived this, and with dignity and determination.

Similar to myself, watching that clip was bad enough - sometimes there are no words

It was certainly a hard watch.
I’d like to point out that the documentary from the other night isn’t the drama, although it used actors to read out some of the court questions.
Most of the documentary is stuff we already know, but a few details (for me, in particular, the bit about the fish-plate) made me fill up.
38 people saw him being led away, and most either didn’t think to intervene, or actually did, but were convinced nothing bad was underway - how must that have screwed them up in hindsight?
I fully understand why so many of our posters wouldn’t want to watch anything about such a horrific event.

Max was only 3 weeks older than Jamie, so the case resonated very strongly with me and I remember crying a lot about it… I even recall a couple of ladies stopping me in Booth’s and asking if he was about the same age as Jamie and then looking really sad when I said yes because it really was a cute, innocent age… 😔
