Karl Wants his Job Back!!

Guess it's a negotiating position, just shows how removed from the real world they all became.

Yes it's obviously a negotiating position....I think I'd actually call his bluff and let him have the job....I mean what's the worst that could happen?

If he wins his unfair dismissal and gets his dosh, surely would that not be against the previous owner? As sadler had nothing to do with it so why should the new owner have to pay?

If he was given his job back. That would be five of us done with the club. Wouldn’t go back a second time. He’s a f ing w**ker. Despise that man

. If he goes anywhere near that club that’s us as a family of 5 through with the club
Would also have been taking my little grandson next year so we won’t be buying season tickets till after October’s trial. I despise that toss pot and won’t forgive him ever for what he did to all us fans. Bast***

Ufortunately the claim is against the club, so its the club that would have to pay,

The guys tapped, don’t think being edged out the club has sat well with him. I’d feel sorry for him if I didn’t hate him and his family

It wasn't a hearing today just an adjournment on the "illegality" point which will no longer be pursued.
We were called into the courtroom to hear this.
There was then some case management when the Judge set out the timescale for all the things that need to be done before each of the next two hearings in July and October.

I think some of the way he was "remunerated" was to appear as to have no money so his previous wife couldn't get her fair share, or something like that, so if I were Koko, I'd be careful what I wish for..

This is a work of fiction, the characters mentioned are fictitious, & the events are completely made up

Reinstatement is a discretionary remedy in the ET
Claimant's sometimes seek it in order to claim additional compensation for non-compliance

If it wasn’t for his personal and his Father’s greed and his confrontational character, I actually thought underneath it all - problem more because of those qualities than anything - I thought he had one or two good ideas.

Agents are a scourge on the game, the wealth in football should be better distributed and actually at the end of the day the majority of fans (and I still believe this) base their decisions on results and nothing else.

That said, I wouldn’t want the gap toothed Lard bucket back!!

I suppose there is a school of thought that says he should come back, if only to work off the debt he owes the club.

The trouble is I just can't see him living until he's 349.

clappers - as I understand it, any pay off awarded would be deducted from the loan he still has o/s with the club
Didn’t know that Pete. If that’s the case, I’d write off the loan as a settlement..... a Clean break and put all things Oystons a million miles from our bright new dawn!

I was thinking he might come back as a handyman but then realised, after what he did to the Morty Statue, I wouldn't let him anywhere near a saw.
