I think this announcement could lead to an unintended problem for Preston with their own fan base in the long run. It sends out a clear message that, despite huge debts, we don't need the money.

Casual Preston fans or those wondering whether or not to get a season ticket again next season will now have it planted in the back of their minds that their club doesn't desperately need financial support.

Who's going mad? There's hardly pandemonium is there. You bunch of melts lost your minds over us giving you 2,300 tickets. We had the demand to give the seats to home fans. Why would we prioritise Preston fans you freak?

It was down to the police that the segregation areas were so big. Take the issue up with them and get over it you baby.

We had sold the game out with a week to go and plenty were looking for tickets on the day. Not that it matters…

The fact remains the game was sold out… We had the maximum number of football fans (of both sides) it was possible to have in our ground for that game….

By comparison… You will have denied 3,500 fans the opportunity to see a game, when you could have accommodated them….

That…. Is embarrassing….It reflects badly on your club and your fans, makes you look small minded etc…

I’ll hold my hand up… Our Ground is too small and our away facilities are inadequate… However that’s a different issue altogether than limiting allocation out of spite..

My attitude in our game was that I wanted to see Home Fans prioritised over your lot. I thought that it should be obvious that is what any Club would do.

If someone had said to me back then that prioritising our own fans would result in a reduced allocation at Deepdale, I’d have still prioritised our own fans.

So as I’ve said… It is what it is… your Club is pulling the strings.👍

If I get a ticket Great… If not… I‘ll watch it on TV.
