Disgusting handling of Blackpool fans leaving. Allowing PKE to throw bottles and bricks over police vans.

Held us back even when the cordon opened. Senseless.Shocking that tonight when we were penned in. Coins, bins and metal bars were being thrown and the police didn’t move an inch!
Head 'em backThrow them back
Someone did. Blood everywhere.Head 'em back
Sadly my 8 year old son needed medical attention at the end as a lighter struck his forehead. I’m just hoping he won’t need stitches. Had to get him down from near the top of the stand with the help of others with blood pissing out his head and he was absolutely petrified he would get hit again. Stewards and police just stood there shrugging their shoulders.Hope everyone has made it home safely. Scum fans attacking with bottles etc.
Police need to arrest a few.
I was screaming at the stewards to try and help, to which I got the response ‘nothing we can do’. Embarrassing. Don’t know if any of those who helped me are on here but I am so thankful for your help.

Cheers mate I appreciate that.I was screaming at the stewards to try and help, to which I got the response ‘nothing we can do’. Embarrassing. Hope your son is okay
Two police ladies said the same to me as we were nearly trampled by the horses. To be fair they were nearly trampled as well. One of the coppers apologised to me on the way out... "big mistakes were made, I'm sorry" he said. Like many of us in our respective lines of work we rock up to put in a shift and are under the orders of complete idiots.
Nobber in peace, totally agree with you Sooty. Banter and a pint after would be the perfect end regardless of the score.** pathetic that two sets of people can’t just shout & bawl at each other & have a bit of banter, then walk our together whatever the result & say see you next season. No bloody wonder we have wars.
I’m not fussed I couldn’t get a. Ticket TBH.
Jeez, I sincerely hope he’s OK. I'd like to think the majority of us nobbers just want some friendly banter. This is not OK & should not happen. Hope everyone who went got back OK.Sadly my 8 year old son needed medical attention at the end as a lighter struck his forehead. I’m just hoping he won’t need stitches. Absolute minority for sure. Both clubs have bellends but the way the police handled it actually caused more grief than anything.Jeez, I sincerely hope he’s OK. Sorry to hear that Billy, but sadly it is inevitable that something like that is bound to happen and then what? It puts your son off attending football for life OR he thinks I’ll have a bit of that and has a future in football hooliganism.Sadly my 8 year old son needed medical attention at the end as a lighter struck his forehead. Hope your little fella is ok KB and will view it as a little 'battle scar' from following the Mighty.Sadly my 8 year old son needed medical attention at the end as a lighter struck his forehead. Clearly weren’t there so why are you commenting?Jesus Christ, they kept us in until they had cleared all the Preston fans away who were looking for trouble. Barring the odd incident it was a success. Don't get the issue
Well I was, but I would rather have to wait half an hour than have my head kicked in by a bunch of knuckle draggers. People are just looking for something to moan about.Clearly weren’t there so why are you commenting?
Nope, easier to keep us sitting ducks for random objects, what looked like a plastic dogs bed, wheelie bin, white stick thing, presumably a blind man's.Absolute shambles of an operation by Old Bill, being penned in whilst the Nobbers chucked stuff over the police vans injuring young kids, how about setting the dogs on any Nobber hanging around the area because clearly he is only there looking for trouble otherwise he would have pissed off home, or even simpler if the police wanted to hurry them on their way let the 2,000 plus Seasiders loose on Blackpool Rd, they'd soon scarper back home in a flash then.
Have you not read the comments on this thread? A young lad had blood pissing from his head during one of the 'odd' incidents. I have a young son who comes to home games with me who I thankfully didn't take tonight but if that was my lad I'd be fuming!Jesus Christ, they kept us in until they had cleared all the Preston fans away who were looking for trouble. Mute him. Not nice scenes and totally avoidable.Have you not read the comments on this thread? A young lad had blood pissing from his head during one of the 'odd' incidents. I have a young son who comes to home games with me who I thankfully didn't take tonight but if that was my lad I'd be fuming!
Again, all it took was for someone to trip or slip and it could have been really nasty.Ten minutes before the end of the game they stopped people going to the concourse for a piss.
The young girl with me was told "Develop better bladder control".
What a set of twats. The assumption is everyone is a hooligan looking for trouble. When they moved the van back, I was near the front, as I'd been sheltering from a shower of stuff thrown by our Nobber friends. There was inevitably a surge forward followed by coppers piling in to push us back, creating a crush, despite some of the coppers shouting to their colleagues that people were getting crushed.
All completely unnecessary and created by their own tactics.
Shambolic end to a shambolic evening.
Says the man who….…..Well I was, but I would rather have to wait half an hour than have my head kicked in by a bunch of knuckle draggers. People are just looking for something to moan about.
