Leeds v Manure

When you consider that we had a postponement last season for a foot square damp patch on the pitch, wheres the consistency, or is it because its on TV?

Anthony Olanga giving it the "Shhhhh" to the Leeds fans after scoring the 4th. HATE this in modern football. Inciting crowd trouble. And who the fuck is Anthony Olanga anyway? A bit part player at United who will be shipped out once they go and buy some decent strikers.
And at the final whistle kissing the badge and indicating to the Leeds fans they're going down.

And they then play the victim when fans react.

Cracking game in awful conditions, but those conditions added to the entertainment.
Both teams guilty of woeful defending especially Leeds. Don't think either of them will
be threatening the top of the Prem for some time.

I see it completely differently. He's been hit in the head by an object from the crowd after the third goal, then gives a bit back after he scores for his boyhood club in a derby.

Football fans who give players abuse for 90 minutes, in this case actually throwing stuff then start moaning when they get a bit back are hilarious. Never used to happen in the past, as it was called banter.

Thrown by someone who'd been shushed.

It's wrong but provoked by an idiot running behind the goal in front of the home fans.
No, the coin throwing came after United's 3rd goal, when Elanga had done fuck all other than celebrate in front of the United fans.
With the 4th he continues his run back to the United fans and shushes the infuriated inbreds along the way. LOVE to see it. 😁

He celebrated in front of the South Stand, following on from Fred's run along the cinder track.

Fred didn't shush the crowd, did he?

Either way, if someone running behind the goal makes you throw a coin at a player then you're not quite wired right.

Going to the football and giving stick to fans/players is all part of the game - if you can't take it then don't give it out, that includes to players too. It'd be boring without it.

I don't disagree with you, but you know what's going to happen especially at Elland Road.

He’d ALREADY been hit by a coin Wiz….that’s WHY he did it ffs……..it’s funny how some on here just hate Utd (which is fine) so just spin everything that ties in with that hatred….in fact it’s hilarious 😂

So you do what. Let them intimidate you because they’re coin throwing hate filled dickheads?…….

There is only one person out of order and it’s the person throwing the coin …..ah, but it’s Man Utd so let’s “spin it” 😂

Says the Man United fan.

For balance, I can’t stand either side because of their delusional fan bases.
I obviously don't care but I'm not sure Utd fans are that delusional, like say Sunderland or THE MASSIVE, as Utd are rather a large club, probably the biggest there is, delusional would be being happy with mid table thinking they're punching above their weight.

Players winding up the crowd is getting worse and worse and someone is going to get seriously hurt soon. While not wanting to take the passion out of the game , they are professionals and should act accordingly. It used to happen the odd time but now the goading is after nearly every goal. It will end in tears .

Don’t like either team . I came back from the pub and saw the last 15 minutes and seemed quite feisty. I’m enjoying some of the tackles/fouls in the Wolves match as well. The weather always helps.

If you seriously think McTominay should have stayed on the pitch then that is delusion…
I do. He got a yellow and didn’t commit another offence worthy of another yellow. No one else thought he should have got sent off either but you’re biased and favour Leeds so you “spin it”

He got a yellow and then not long after committed another foul that should have been a yellow card but the referee didn’t give it. It was late and rash.

Again, I can’t stand Leeds either but Man United are a different breed of crap fans.

no he didn’t, it wasn’t a yellow at all.

”Man United are a different breed of crap fans”……….do you really want me to critique this ridiculous and frankly childish blanket statement?

You sound like you can stand Leeds, you sound like a supporter tbh. if not I can’t think why you’d get so worked up about a match between two teams that are of no relevance to you

I remarked on the standard of refereeing because it was poor. I made no other comment on the game or who I wanted to win, because frankly I couldn’t care less who took the 3 points between those 2 teams. I clearly touched a nerve with you over that.

I could trawl back through my previous comments on this board to find what I wrote about my dislike of Leeds United if you like?

And for the record I am from Blackpool, born to parents that were from Blackpool and support my hometown club. The way it should be.

I quote your words from above ……“Did the ref forget to put his RED shirt on before the game? He’s absolutely woeful.”………

so you said the referee was biased to Utd not just that his standard was poor. You’re trying to change your story mate but you typed what you typed.

' then gives a bit back after he scores for his boyhood club in a derby.'

It has historic intense rivalry, but its not a 'derby'

Oh, sorry. So it would have only been a poor standard of refereeing if the decisions were going against United? I was commenting as a neutral. The referee in my eyes seemed to be favouring United, like so many have done before. I’m not alone in thinking that too. As I said earlier, McTominay was extremely lucky to stay on the pitch as he’d gone in late soon after receiving a yellow card and landed his studs in the Leeds players foot. That’s a second yellow every day of the week.

Wiz, your hatred of Utd (Blackpool’s number one rivals of course) makes you say some very daft things. Fred hasn’t got a bad bone in his body but to you he is an “idiot” who has caused a coin to be thrown by running behind the nets “on a cinder track”* to get to the United fans.
The coin also wasn’t thrown by an “idiot” like Fred but merely a nice man who’d “been shushed”

Your phrase “it’s wrong but” about an incident that could easily blind a young human being is frankly beneath you mate. You wanna wake yourself up and stop typing nasty, bitter nonsense imho…….and btw my feedback is from someone who actually likes you on here so weigh that into your reflection

* cinder track 😂….1970s retro

Imagine the coin was thrown yesterday at Cardiff and blinded Bowler who had been “an idiot” diving for penalty (I know he didn’t dive and it was a pen but I’m a Cardiff fan in this case and I know it’s wrong ..but) …would you have felt the same causal forgiving attitude to the coin thrower then??
