What The Cat in the Hat conveniently misses out is that we are investing in our defences.
And think about this, will we really need men on the ground when a nuclear war is declared.
Drones and all the other technical stuff are a massive thing nowadays which also negates the need for manpower, so get back in your Hat cat and bore someone else.
