A poster only has to praise someone for there to be dismissive and often insulting replies along the lines of them not being good enough. Just look at the criticism of O'Donnel in yesterday's friendly; that will be repeated and amplified every time he plays.

Turton, he was actually very good for us the season we went up and really didn't make many mistakes, but he got slated by a large section of this fan base and every mistake no matter how small was treated like he'd personally cost us promotion. It got silly towards the end.

He was played on the right wing, left wing, right back, centre forward, and only occasionally in his main position in the centre of midfield, I don't think there are many players who would've impressed being used like that.

Forbes wasn't a bad League One player. I think he was our MoM in the first game, away at Brentford. Unfortunately he was a very insecure man and he felt somewhat hounded by the fans.
