That should be the entirety of Critch's post match interview before storming off.We were cheated by a bent ref

Well the Lino could of always put his flag up, after all if he doesn’t understand his role then he shouldn’t be on the pitch. Another thieving a living out of the game. Can only assume they were playing offside. Hence the cluster of four.
CJ is fast proving that he’s not got the minerals for this level unfortunatelyThe players were immense today and unlucky not to get something out of the game.
With the notable exception of CJ who looked like he couldn't be arsed when everyone else was working their bollocks off.
Yeah and when eventually we play we are casuing problems for sides....but reality is still losing lots and not scoring many. The frustrating thing is we're not getting tonked.
There are about 7 or 8 teams worse than us .The problem is the results. I’m not sure with the reffing and injuries there will be 3 teams with worse results than us over the season unless we hire some big guns. There have to be 3 teams worse than us though. Did well today. Massive effort.
Feel for you hertford. Thanks, lots of things in a 2 week period, very poorly pooch, partners dad diagnosed with stomach and lung cancer, had to sack an employee for gross misconduct and other stuff. It happens but it has been relentless!!
The 10 played well and tried so hard, were unlucky today but still could have defended that last one better. Can't fault the team, did well and would have come home with points if the ref wasn't diabolical.
it’s impossible, coupon buster.*oh well, let's see how my acca got on anyway....*
The Massive and Forest Green both lost
*fuck football*
LaveryAgree about the ref overall but unfortunately he had to give the red as Connolly was out of position and reacted
This poor defending cost us 3 points
why did Yates foul in such a dangerous position absolutely no need
Laverley and Bowler off for JJ and CJ
Ruined any chances of a second goal
some good performances esp Keshi
and the travelling fans (again)
But some new quality signings needed urgently
Yep, some real coupon busters today to top off that defeat. Had both of them as well!*oh well, let's see how my acca got on anyway....*
The Massive and Forest Green both lost
*fuck football*
He spent more time playing with his balls than watching the line.Well the Lino could of always put his flag up, after all if he doesn’t understand his role then he shouldn’t be on the pitch. Another thieving a living out of the game.
Foul was avoidable, Yates doing that thing where he turns into someone. The Millwall player wasn't doing too much. These little details can make the difference as I thought we generally did well and definitely deserved at least a point.Just watched the goals back there.
Never ever a sending off.
Brilliant run and pass from Bowler for our goal, sheer determination from Lavery, good goal.
Their free kick was a pearler, power and accuracy into the top corner. I can't remember the foul that led up to it, avoidable??
Their winner very very disappointing. Winger not closed down, and they've got 4 in a group, all unmarked, around the penalty spot for a simple (well executed) finish.
gutted, we deserved at least a point
Keep your chin up & hope things get better.Sums up what has been the worst week I have had for some time, I will be glad when this month is over it's been a shocker for me personally.
I don’t think it will be as the ref would argue he stopped a goal scoring opportunity. Having said this, imagine if a rugby player went down with that sort of contact!I can see that red card being rescinded as it was a little tug, nothing more
I agree. These runs are what galvanises a squad to an us against at the world mentality as we saw last season. No need to panic. If we get Whintle for the season then we are halfway there IMO.
Absolutely not….! I’m as pissed off as anyone, and my ‘tonked’ statement was made out of anger and frustration. Yep, I got it wrong and I should be more positive! Right I’m off for a beer and reflectionHe ain’t a Nobber
You didn't get it wrong and you don't need to feel like you need to apologise Kirky. We're all feeling p1ssed off tonight mate.Absolutely not….! Unfair on CJ. They could all be arsed. That said, not sure if CJ is the man in this division. Jury's out.The players were immense today and unlucky not to get something out of the game.
With the notable exception of CJ who looked like he couldn't be arsed when everyone else was working their bollocks off.
Good, considered post TA. But, like all of us, you're waiting for that win. Frustrating isn't it?Majorly brassed off, but not panicking. If an established Championship club, playing at home with a man’s advantage, for in excess of 80 mins (added time included) and they struggle to beat ‘little old’ promoted Blackpool, then I think we’ll be ok. After clawing back a two goal deficit against one of the Championship’s main contenders last week, to holding out for so long today - it’s given me reason to be optimistic. Very slow start last season and likewise this, but I can only see us improving.
That's not how it was. Sorry.
Good analysis. It was a sending off, simply because the laws of the game don't allow for anything less. If Connolly was the last man, it's a foul. If it's a foul, it's a red card. For me it wasn't a foul. But, for the ref it's an easy decision.Just watched the goals back there.

Bloody frustrating ‘66, but then so was the start to last season. I guess we should be used to it by now? A couple more ‘solid’ signings needed, before we kick on.Good, considered post TA. But, like all of us, you're waiting for that win. Frustrating isn't it?
Well said Triumph. Unfortunately, considered football opinions don't buy wins.Nobber in peace, I know how you feel about pathetic refs. Although we won we had a ref just as inept as you had. These tossers are costing teams big style. All I can say is that things even themselves out. I’m sure you will be ok this season.
Never mind Lee. That’s football for you. Makes the good away trips all the better.Travelling back on the coach regards the ref I have no words I've seen some shocking ones but he is definitely in the all time to 10!
Their free kick seemed to be taken closer than the four? (Was there a foul?)
We couldn't seem to buy a free kick for what looked like clear fouls.
Thought we fell asleep on the 2nd and didn't think the subs helped in any way.
It's going to be a long journey home
Sounds like life is a bit of a bummer for you at the moment and no win today to cheer you up.Thanks, lots of things in a 2 week period, very poorly pooch, partners dad diagnosed with stomach and lung cancer, had to sack an employee for gross misconduct and other stuff. It happens but it has been relentless!!
We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking up at the stars, as Oscar said.Oh well, better times ahead
I agree Herts, this month couldn’t have been much worse. Puts our moans about recruitment etc into context, I hope your luck changes for the better and soon. Thanks, lots of things in a 2 week period, very poorly pooch, partners dad diagnosed with stomach and lung cancer, had to sack an employee for gross misconduct and other stuff. Ooooh, I bet you could crush a grape, as Stu Francis would say. That was the worst refereeing display I have ever witnessed, clueless ** bellend, if I was actually at that game today I’d of got arrested, or worse…
and I thought it was The Pretenders. We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking up at the stars, as Oscar said.
They plagiarised part of a quote from one of the greatest ever wits. Terrible plays though, a bit like Bill Shakespear.and I thought it was The Pretenders.
We've signed Ryan Wintle.A harsh red, yellow more like. Didn't look clearly a last man foul, and quite far out. ME looked great, Jerry some good touches, Lavery a shoe in for the first 11. Starting to try to pass more and keep possession. Let's hope we get a good right back, plus a ball playing, calm in possession midfileder - we'll be fine then.
