That's where this DEI comes from and the civil servant who likely implemented it is woke.

It seems like a fair message, yes let's include all, but what you actually find is it means you can't have a perfectly reasonable opinion against the perceived narrative and will actually be excluded.

Toby Young is an expert on viruses. He knows that the current meazles outbreak in the UK isn't due to anti vaxers, cos he wrote about it in the Australian Spectator. He's a great supporter of free speech providing it is right wing and grateful for the influence of his father to get into Oxbridge with poor A levels.

Because the Establishment is so left wing, like 14 years of Tory rule from people almost exclusively private school educated, with private health care and a vested interest in maximising profit from playing at politics.

Not sure the trans issue is left /right. Some of your strongest supporters are radical lesbians, with whom you have little in common politically. The Trans issue, gender critical, gender identity, etc, is way more complex than this.

Interestingly, genuine question, what right wing ideas are being shut down? You see, as a proud lefty, I see my rights to demonstrate, strike, vote without approved photo ID, access the NHS, etc, being shut down by the most right wing Government of my lifetime.

The institutions are left wing, universities, tv media largely are, civil service etc. Someone said it but they might be in government but the left are always in power.

Plus, this is hardly a proper RW government. Been very soft on many issues.

Uni is as right wing as anywhere else, in fact I used to prefer the right wingers there as the lefties were a bunch of self deluded idiots as a rule, most didn't care less either way though.

The government are right leaning but what have they implemented? The media as a whole is a mix but I said tv media, look at the main channels.

Immigration has gone up despite powers from brexit which they again didn't implement to take advantage of.

I get they are being blocked by labour in some areas but they haven't been strong enough.

That's why they're likely to be wiped out. The left don't want them and nor do many on the right.

As for the left 'always being in power' as I said, institutions, many have been captured and in all areas of life are pandering to nonesense from extreme LW groups. You don't see that with RW groups.

No, that's not what I said, from actual experience and not headlines, it's pretty much the same as the rest of society, because they're part of society.

The thought that they're a boiling pot of communist anarchy is bollocks made up by the media, because the media is predominantly right wing.

The main channels people watch due to habit etc are 1-5 althoughno one cares about channel 5. Nothing right wing there but definitely some left wing. BBC does try and be neutral at times but in reality has many left wing people there and was proven to favour remain in brexit debates. Channel 4... definitely left wing, then you see some things like the last leg, a pathetic LW sneering attempt at comedy.

Actually there's some evidence stress can make cancer worse.

Causing it seems unlikely but a few mixed results according to the below site and the type of cancer, but could be down to things stressed people do that lead to cancer.
