NFL back this week

Not great options. Wentz could surely be improvement despite his last few seasons. So much talent in offence and D even if the O line is a bit shaky.
With Hall and Cook he has running options and in WR they are loaded. TEs are good enough so no real excuses just crap QB play
That last play was diabolical. He actually sat down before taking the sack. He just cannot release the football or hasn't got the speed of thought and vision to pick a pass. Salah coming out defending him and saying he's "our guy" does nothing for the dressing room either because there must be a whole lot of very frustrated players in there.

I didn’t want to upset Manc on that one 😁

I’ve got Jerry Jeudy in my fantasy squad. He’s almost wasting that talent as much as Zach is with Garett Wilson.
Just calling it the way I see it as a Broncos fan since I started watching the NFL back in 1985

I'm amazing in the states the amount of hate towards the NFL. Most normal working class lads like ourselves don't bother much with the nfl they much prefer the college football. Surely the college football is only practice for the nfl to develop a players attributes from a younger age. But like I say surprising. I have been watching myself since c5 and Mike Carlson. He was excellent and should be back on sky. Pheobe even though an ex Bill and j bell are unwatchable for me. When back in the UK I just watch redzone but hard to keep up with all the switches. Lol. All have a great day.

I do try to watch the live match but always end up switching to Red Zone even though it’s like downing a couple of cans of red bull. Jumping like a crazy frog from match to match and hyper intense

Trevor Siemien Chunky. Trevor bloody Siemien. Dear Lord. Signed up today. Back to normality then.

Just landed in Green Bay for the final part of my mini road trip. Always wanted to visit Lambau field and the cheese heads. I cannot see this game vs the Lions being as good as the Miami experience but it's about the experience. I'm still coming down from that game. The buzz you get from live sport is second to none. Not had a buzz like that since united beat Munich in the European cup final. Quick tip if you do come to the States. Delta do 60% off flights if you travel off peak. Hence why I have landed so early in the morning. Let's see what Green Bay has to offer. There is an amusement park. Let's hope it's as good as the pleasure beach.

I’m at Wembley today and going to be behind the goal line in with the Jags fans.
I’ve always been lucky to be on the 50 but fancied seeing if it’s more chaotic in with the hard core?

Looking forward to it but it means I will be driving back and missing Redzone 🥲

Who is going to win this one? Jags 4/7 which suggests it should be routine but there is a little bit of a question mark over the Jags.

Just saw a shot of Bill Belichick stood there looking forlorn on the sideline. I remembered back to all those years when his teams were good. A long time ago now I admit.....

Patriots are a bit Man U in the final years of Fergie.
It’s just not working for them at all, and they look mediocre at best. Problem is BB is too proud to let them be really gash so they don’t get the cream of the draft picks so just perpetuate.

I also went to Wembley yesterday. Poor game but great atmosphere. Made it home for the 2nd half of the Phins. Should have stayed in the pub.
Onwards....

Have you got a vendetta against united Chunk. Give us a break. Lol.

Lol they’re just a rich source for analogies MP 😁
Haha get you mate.. This week's nfl was great. Looks like my Bills are now on track. They are going to take some stopping. 49ers roll on. I cannot see the Chiefs winning it this year but still early days.

Well that was sobering. Nearly 400 yards of offense and 20 1st downs but well beaten by the better side on the day. Two major reasons for me, The Bills now have a running game which takes the pressure off an elite QB and poor Kader Kohu, a nickel CB playing on the outside ruthlessly exposed by Allen and Diggs.
I still think Miami are a playoff team but they will be hoping that Ramsey will be available for the end of the season/playoffs.
It will be unfortunate for The Bills if White is out for the season.

The Giants game was bloody awful. Their fans deserve better. Never seen as many penalty flags in my life. The game took 4 hours to complete.

I can. Cannot see past a Bills v Chiefs AFC Championship game.

AFC is so far ahead in terms of quality teams than the NFC.

4 penalties on the bounce they had. Shocking.

Jones looked like he'd never held a football before.

I know they miss Barclay but WTF has happened? They were a playoff team last season. They look simply dreadful now.

Just arrived at Tottenham. Traffic was murder... Let's go Buffaloooo... Bills - 5 is a gift from heaven. I make it a 35 - 14 kind of game. Josh will rip them apart

Struggling aren’t they. Jags have had an extra week in London to rest so advantage there I guess?

They looked strong defensively last Sunday. Really closed down all of Ridders passing game

On my way on the long trip home. Bills dissapointing again. Riddley had to get man of the match. I underestimated the jags. They played well. Bills are far too unpredictable again. Look like world beaters against Miami. Then blow out here. Long season but bad signs. I'm not buying that jet lag. These are young fit super athletic men. I know it's completly different but when I fly to Orlando. It's drop the bags off shower straight out. Lol.. Should nfl games be played in the UK. I think yes. But still something missing but cannot put my finger on it.

Whilst it was mostly fun to watch I don't think we learned much more about the Phins from last night. It's one thing to beat up on teams like the Broncos and Giants and set a myriad of team and NFL records but another when it comes to teams like the Bills. There are regular season games to come against the Eagles, Chiefs, Cowboys and the Bills again that will give us a far better idea of how good this team can be.
The scorelines are littered with chunk plays, I would like to see some time consuming relentless drives thrown in, especially when they are under scoreboard pressure, that is what they will need to progress through, hopefully, the playoffs.
The Greatest Show on Surf is however a great nickname as is The Brotherly Shove in Philly.
I watched the next two games and for me the Eagles and 49'ers are the best two teams in the NFL right now.

On the train home after a thoroughly enjoyable but tiring weekend. Pool playing at Charlton a nice coincidence. Shame neither of my teams won but watching the NFL live was some experience.

I’m gutted about Rodgers and that’s their chance gone for me? Zach Wilson doesn’t doesn’t have the arm skill to get the best out of Garrett so they’ll become over reliant on Cook and Hall.

Their defence though is pure evil. They battered Allen into submission so even without Rodgers they’ll win enough to reach the playoffs but not enough to win the SB
Still might be hope for Jets, unlike my perennial losers.
One of the oldest current franchises never to win a SB is now without its No. 1 WR for at least four weeks.
As the season is as good as over for us at 1-4, I wish NY might spend some more draft capital and trade for our starter, in order that we have a chance to move on and rebuild.
Hardly likely though, imo. Whilst he continues to put up impressive numbers, he rarely masterminds a win in prime time or the playoffs, isn't mobile enough and has a no-trade clause. Furthermore, with Nick Mullens also placed on Injured Reserve, we're left with rookie Jaren Hall after releasing Tanner Morgan.
Now I'm hearing we've signed Sean Mannion to the Practice Squad and have trialled Colt McCoy, FFS!
Once again, you look forward to perhaps this season being the one, then reality kicks in. A 49er sandwich with two hated Divisional rivals coming up on the road.
Let's hope we capitalise next April

Oh wow do I feel your pain. My first draft pick in Fantasy was JJ. I was almost in tears when he went off injured. I’m playing PPR and have him and Chris Olave who’s also now struggling and with a broken Carr at QB.
Breece Hall up against Eagles defence too.
Unless big TJ snaffles all Jefferson’s catches I’m doomed for at least 6 games so probably the season too.

And so the late night Thursday up until 4am begins again. That week flew by. Do you all like myself goto work Fridays and Mondays feeling shattered. Done it for years and gets harder. Tonight's game looks a miss match but will still watch. The game I'm looking forward to this week is the seahawk bengals. The Bengals need to start a run and pretty soon. I rate Joe Burrow but his time should be now. Not 4 years down the line.

1 quarter in and tough going, the defense is playing well but that Eagles defense is good.

Good end to the half but if they cannot run the ball against this defense then pass only is hard to carry off. It doesn't help when half of your offensive line are back ups.

An uncharacteristic Tyreek drop and a terrible PI no call stops a promising drive and then boom the defense steps up. Whatever the result tonight this is promising going forward.

A game that was closer than the scoreline. If Miami can get it's O Line and Ramsey and Howard fit for the business end of the season I think they can compete with the best.

That Brotherly Shove is such an advantage on 3rd/4th and short

FFS!
Gets worse
After placing JJ on IR, then clawing our way back to 4-4, we've now lost our QB
Despite constant criticism, failure to take us to the SB and lack of mobility out of the pocket, Kirk was having one his most productive ever seasons.
He'll probably never don purple again.
Might as well trade Danielle Hunter now and get at least a substantial draft pick for 2024.
Never been as underwhelmed after thrashing the pack at lambeau.
