Yeah, I've not seen much of him on TV from last season but the pundits on Quest seem to be upbeat about him. We had our issues last season with multi-hamstring injuries and they certainly are serious injuries to come back from - wish him well (apart from against us )It's an awful injury for their new, star signing, gutted for the lad.
Risky signingNot his first major injury either. Regardless of rivalry, feel for the lad. Only young and trying to get his career going. Capped by England U15s all the way to U21s. Injuries haunting his career. Speedy and full recovery to him
Of all the posts on the first page of AVFTT it’s about 50% that are directly about BFC and the rest are random threads. You’re going to be busy this morning posting on all those random ones about their meaninglessness to BFCI don't get it, players get injured all the time and obviously you wouldn't wish it on anyone, but what the feck has that to do with BFC so why a thread on here i do not know!
Well last season we had almost all of our best players out for several weeks at some point, and at times we had at least half a dozen out simultaneously. It's a minor miracle we did as well as we did!Nice to see some balanced comments & genuine concern. Even with rivalry, would not wish injuries on other teams players. Hope you guys have better luck than us!
We didn't half fuck the first 9 games up though! So friggin naive!Well last season we had almost all of our best players out for several weeks at some point, and at times we had at least half a dozen out simultaneously. It's a minor miracle we did as well as we did!
On the injury front, only Chris Maxwell and Jerry Yates played more than 35 games in the regular season. Shows how hard hit we were with injuries. We didn't half fuck the first 9 games up though! So friggin naive!
Thank god Critch suddenly wised up.

Exactly, rivalry should stick to bragging rights after we play, or laughing at each other when things go belly up. For a young player who has come back from serious injury only to have an achilles go, he's a real person and anything other than concern for him would be ridiculous. I hope he gets back quickly and goes on to have a long successful career (after he moves on ).Nice to see some balanced comments & genuine concern. So sad when young players get injuries like this - Virtue seems in the same boat and once they have them they rarely come back to any form. Not his first major injury either.
