can't remember really. Must be over 30 years ago when we went. Stopped in Golden Beach which was nice but quiet.Remember going to the Greek night which seemed to take an age to get to because it was the other side of the island and the only road on the island was the coastal road all the way round.

Brilliant Shandy l can’t say enough great things about the place and in particular its location to other countries in easy reach. It’s changed a lot since l first went to live there in 1990 but where hasn’t. I still visit a couple of times a year and enjoy it like I’ve never been away.

That sounds a lot worse than last year when we were in Quinta De Lago, Portugal, we were pestered all day with flies, at least they've no sting.
Only been to dusseldorf and cologne. I know munich is very different with better weather. Do bavarians see themselves differently?
I think they do Shandy as Bavaria is a very wealthy part of Germany because of its location and as you say the weather is better but can be extremely cold in winter due to the Alps. Munich is relaxed and the people nice and friendly, but what sets it apart for me are the Biergartens in the summer months, they are unique to Munich which you don’t get anywhere else in Germany from my experience anyway. Where else can you get up to 8000 people slurping 6%ABV beer with never a hint of trouble?
Wasps have always been a major problem on Thassos, If the rain doesn't come in May to kill off the nests, it's a nightmare to those who fear them. In 2004 they had to close all the tavernas on Golden Beach due to a wasp invasion. Quite often you will see coffee granules burning on silver paper on taverna tables because the smoke repels the wasps.

i’m same Wizz but add on Stevenage for nowDifferent people follow different rules. Some count teams. I've seen us play at 209 grounds but am missing 7 League teams; despite already seeing us play Wimbledon at two grounds for example, I haven't been to their new one.
