yep, was the same for me first thing this morning. L logged in to myvirginmedia and ran a test and it said no known problems. for qbout an hour. Then it said I was trying to log into some-one elses account. Anyway, it's now back and I've got my emails working. Makes me wonder if it's some sort of deliberate ploy as a cost cutting exercise for them. Good luck anyway, hope you get it sorted quicker than last time.

The only call centre I’ve found more annoying and difficult to get help from is EDF.

Virgin are bloody hopeless - BT matched their deal (get Sky TV - Sky broadband also rubbish!) - the difference with BT is massive - Virgin is always down!!

I’m in FY3 and had same so has my neighbour and the guy next to him. They replaced my router week before last. It still drops out occasionally but not as much so far. They must be having issues generally in the Blackpool area.

Next door is on virgin and does complain about it so dont know why mine is ok . I am on 200 meg though so maybe its a dropping speed issue for those on a lower speed. I dont watch terrestrial tv either only stream iptv youtube etc

I'm fy3 and had intermittent issues this weekend.. this morning off for 3 hours.. decent went working but daughter says it's rubbish as keeps kicking her off fortnite!! Lol
